yan problema sa mga bahay na gawa na nung binili, you will not know the quality of the materials. so after a few years pagawain na.

if anyone know any realiable, trusted and hinde taga mag presyo na contractor please PM me.
we had the same problem, before, in our bespoke house (no short cuts, dilutions, etc.). when it started leaking, we did everything... tar... "waterproof paint" at libitum... etc. etc.
    nothing worked.

finally, out of desperation, we tacked on, flat GI sheets, starting near-bottom upwards, with the necessary overlap. hayun! wala na tulo.
at that time, there were no such things as be-spoke sheets with folds, etc, etc. unlike today.

that is where neighborly cooperation comes in.
i believe some financial compensation is an effective method of getting cooperation.

I'd seek permission from the neighbor for access & gutter tweaking to install metal roofing vertically + proper top cap over the problem source. Headache solved. Peace of mind....happily ever after.
Oh, give water a lot of respect. We won't want to see its wrath.[emoji4]

Hey, thanks sir! I didn't think of this fix! Your right, i'll see if I can slide a flat G.I sheet between my wall and their gutter, and the put a flashing over this sheet.

    Nice!

thanks sa mga advice mga sir. i was also thinking of putting a GI sheet sa wall nalang or yero or stainless sheets kaso mag mumukhang warehouse yun bahay namen. hehe.

i was able to talk to a contractor and they told me they will redo the waterproofing and maganda daw yun pang waterproof nila unlike sa mga nabibili lang sa hardware. i dont know how good it is though. mataas kasi yun wall namen 3 floors, un 2nd and 3rd floor open kasi bungalow lang kapitbahay then somewhere between ground floor and 2nd floor yun alulod ng kapitbahay maliit lang so pag malakas ulan tumatalsik sa wall namen so after 1 year palang may pumapasok na water na sa part na yun ng wall, then we engage a "contractor" to fix it, after 1 year tulo na ulet yun part na ni repair, plus madami na din tulo from 2nd to 3rd floor. whats worse when we do an occular check we saw concrete nails nakapako sa wall namen ginawang talian ng net ng alulod ng kapitbahay, which the contractor said na dapat iseal ng vulcaseal if not dun din mag cause ng water seepage.

i'm not sure magkano sisingilan sa ganun repair, firewall waterproofing plus repair din ng inside part ng firewall. they will also check yun dulo ng firewall and roof if maayos pagkakagawa kasi pwede din daw dun pumasok yun water.

dont underestimate the water talaga, it already damage our wood flooring sa 3rd floor and may nasira na din na kisame sa 2nd floor because of water. sakit sa ulo.

What does flashing means? alam ko is cover of something.. is it correct?

I am thinking of buying a Promate Portable Generator PH3000, 2500 watts and it goes for 12,540 at Olx for my ongoing house construction. I wanted to buy a Honda 750 watts but aside from being expensive, it may not even power the kawasaki/fujihama water sprayer for termiticide application. Planning also to use for welding of roof, etc.

Anyone have feedback with this particular genset? Or better recommendations? Will probably sell it right after at maingay ito sa gabi, it's just for use from 8am-5pm.

Welding? I haven't any 1st hand feedback, but I'm doubtful that can stand the task.

Thanks sir travajante, I made a quick check, those cheap yamato inverters need at least 3.8kva pala.
