Parex/La Habra, Pleko, Dryvit are some of the brands you can search. Dryvit used to be carried by Republic Chem(Pioneer Epoxy) decades ago, but I guess they no longer are. I'm just not sure who the specialists are local to you. Homegrown Island Paints also has a vertically developed division. Even the fire-rated polystyrene insulation core comes from their in-house subsidiary.

Can anyone make a suggestion? Yung 2nd floor namin is concrete slab yung roof at wall. Now one side of the wall and the roof is absorbing too much heat during day time. Ang resulta mainit sa 2nd floor. I can really feel the temp changing pag umakyat na ko. I thought of putting an air condition on the rooms but it may be half as efficient kung ganito kainit.

We are planning to put a lot 3rd floor this may shield the 2nd floor roof from heat, yung wall na lang ang problem on what we can do so it wouldn't absorb heat so much.

Also the 3rd floor roof, what can we do so it wouldn't absorb heat too and end up with same problem.

Problem ko din ito dati, I thought of putting a double wall or a styrofoam enclosed by a drywall. kaya lang ayoko na maabala ng trabaho inside the house, so i did not push through, but this may help.

The advantage of EIFS is that it's ideally externally laid, preventing heat retention on the existing concrete wall. Doing it from the inside won't be as effective. Plus, the stucco epidermis will be more durable than paint.
