    depende sa finishing andy, siyempre mas mahal kung mas bongga ang pagka finish like kung acrytex ang ginamit kesa ordinary latex paint...

    sa paint ang ginamit ko Rain or Shine Elastomeric/Waterproofing paint, gawa ito ng welcoat.

    i suggest you require the contractor to inform you prior to concrete pouring, so you can inspect the rebars for the structural members, foundation, columns, beams and slabs. meron naman structural plans before the project. as owner, you just make sure as per plan ung layout ng steel. jan madalas nandudugas contractors, binabawasan bakal, or they use smaller size rebars. once mabuhusan na yan, there is just no way for you to check.

    elastomeric type of paints maganda talaga... pang exterior siya... acrytex kami hindi latex kasi yun dapat daw talaga ang pang exterior kasi tropical country tayo...

    tanong ko ulit yung presyo na 15k to 20k ano ano kasama don?? yung plano at mga permit kasama na ba?? labor and materials??

    Sorry wala pa ko experience mag pa gawa ng dumaan sa contractor.. this time gusto ko mag contractor na wala ako time mag bantay at masakit sa ulo mag utos sa gumagawa..aside from mahirap maka kuha ng gagawa..

    Note: hindi ka naman siguro mawawala agad dito sa tsikot pag ready na ako mag pagawa PM nalang kita. or paki PM nalang yung Office address contact person and number (ikaw yon yon syempre para discount agad pag usapan hehehe)

    yup kasama na sa amin yun plans and permits... unless meron ka na, irevise namin ng onti para masmaayos implementation, kasama na labor and materials doon sa 15-20k...

    hindi naman ako siguro mawawala dito...

    van_wilder - ano suggestion mo sa bubong, ordinary g.i. or color roof.. gauge #26 or #24.. magkano price diff nila.. say a 120-150sqm floor area..

    Yung presyo nyo ba base on tile roof or Color Roof?? so straight contract bale from drawings to executions... kung gusto ko medyo patambakan yung lote kasama na din ba yon??

    depende sa iyo, pwede natin isama pwede rin naman hindi... 2-7% ang difference kung tile-roof... yun tambak depende rin sa iyo, pwede isama pwede hindi... masmababa price kung hindi kasama...

    tanung ko lang kung mas makakamura kung flat rooftop ang gawin. yung buhos yung ibabaw, may stairs and doors na lang palabas sa rooftop.
    gusto kasi ng mrs ko puede working area yun (sampayan, dun manood ng fireworks pag new year, hehe)

    Water proofing is always a big challenge.

    We thought we had it made, by having 2 separate layers of waterproofing, on a 12m x 6m area (without load), but water is indeed a formidable (friendly) adversary.

    So, I would not be betting on a roofdeck.

    It would be very interesting to see VW's comment on this.

    Kami den are in the middle of phase 2 sa bahay (finishing). Has anybody here tried Dunn Edwards paint? It is said that a gallon covers around 40-0 sq meters. Sa ordinary Boysen paints ba magkano? Is Boysen water based na? May Boysen bang water based? I'm seriously considering the Dunn Edwards paint kaya if there's any feedback from anyone here.

    i'm compiling the important infos in this thread. for future references..

    kung patambakan ko ng 1m yung 600sqm lot, ilan load kailangan at magkano per truckload.. (ilan cubic meter po ba sa isang load)
