I did consider these alternatives, but the problem was the skill required to put these up. Sayang ang bilis nito if hindi sanay ang tao mo gumamit nito, lalabas na mas mabilis sila sa nakasanayan nilang chb. Another problem here is that the plumbing and electricals should be well planned kasi dapat naka layout na bago bugahan ng concrete. Mas mahirap gumawa ng changes sa layout vs chb.

I did a combination of formblocks and chb as I wanted minimal abala sa neighbor ko where my firewall is located, but nakita ko sa actual na mas mabilis sila sa chb kaysa sa formblocks, anyway the time savings here is because I didn't need to plaster anymore and there were no electricals or plumbing on this side.

Thanks guys....looks like this will be a good alternative...if makakakuha lang ng builder na sanay na dun sa method of constructing with that material. Very good insulation both acoustic and heat. Very keen on getting direct hand experience.

There are local custom gate manufacturers who can do cantilever gates, automated or manual. You may have to source your own Comunello tracks & rollers, if you wish em, papi sir. Our go-to fabricator here overbuilds his rollers & has his custom top guide wheels rubber treaded. These are time tested to remain smooth & light....Never saw the need to go Comunello.[emoji108]

Bros, where can I get a copy of the certificate of occupancy? I'm expanding our garage. Need to apply building permit pero requirement yung occupancy permit. Wala kaming copy nun, since na turnover from subdivision developer. We inquired sa head office ng developer sabi sa subdivision admin daw pero wala rin silang kopya.

    i always tell my trainees,
"always spell out your acronyms. outside our building, these letters may not be intelligible or mean the same thing to them, as they do to us.."

Sir Travs, I don't see the Schneider brand when I go to Wilcon or All Home, most common I think are China brands

i haven't tried it, but i suspect, it should fit.
no one will buy it, once it is found that it wouldn't fit already-existing standard boxes.

Has anyone used VAZBUILT Technology to build their dream homes, apartment, buildings, and even fences? I think the thread starter asked the same question. Anyone?
