    pag lindol talaga wipe-out ang cemento bahay sa abra. So kahoy is better kaso inaanay.

    bato is good naman sa typhoon.

    sabi ni geologist solidum mabuhangin daw sa abra not the adode type. Tama ba?

    Nice architectural design, digging that overhang. It's interesting how the structural design will be executed to support that look without compromising safety. I'm sure Sir EQ has a very good design and execution team.

    Yup, critical in the execution team is the head engineer or architect who will ensure that the structural details are followed, up to the proper concrete curing process.
