    Finalizing with our architect on the design to build a complimenting design of 2 adjacent house which will have ample space that will link both.

    Parking is well planned [emoji4]

    Happy with the design, will start working on building permit.

    What's the ideal position / orientation when buying a property for residential? ... East, West, North, South? ... Long side north/south, short side east/west? ... For efficient light and ventilation ...

    Morning sun is always preferred and wind flow is also important for me. Although if you can't find one, then architecture/lay out can fix it.
