Riveted SS gutters are only a slight upgrade to regular rust-prone ones. Proper paint type & prep are key. Powdercoat is even an option if short selective sections can fit the oven. The welded & painted SS gutters we've long installed have remained leak/rust/trouble free w/o any signs of peeling. UV & the elements will eventually degrade any finish though.

Why do you have to weld the gutters? Are the rivets not strong enough? I'm sure it's not because so it won't leak, as it's raining man [emoji12]

To rid the reliance on sealants which have limited service life. Welds last & stay watertight. Constant leaks will lead to rot or rust on its mated surfaces like fascia boards( even the ficem type) or metal purlins behind & might eventually affect the eaves & its fasteners. Worse if those gutters are hidden.
My personal preference? No gutters or just on vital areas esp those concentrated valleys. In place of them are ground trenches to collect the rainfall. Zero maintenance.[emoji4]

Lotsa gutter spout strainers online. Unless you opt ųPVC gutters, most are custom fabricated...won't take much to add a protective screen.
Below is a sample of selective 'seamless' stainless corner gutter catching 2 valleys. No rivets, watertight & straight w/ no fillers. The 2 spouts have not been installed at the time the pic was taken.

July 15th, 2022 01:13 AM #418Ayos. Challenge nga itong slope, madaming stairs. Hehe.
Kung iyong driveway/garage aabot sa likod at ilalim ng pool, okay siguro may railings sa dulo ng back driveway bago umabot sa terraced garden? For safety.
Iyong water tank sa rooftop, ground level, or underground? Maganda nga may water tank at solar for emergencies.
