I usually buy my footwear half-inch bigger than my actual size, but the past 2 years mostly WFH kaya naka spartan lang ako
Advice nga po, which do you prefer for house roofing, Asphalt shingle, CPAC or Kawara if budget is not an issue? Any experience with these roofing?
Only 1 brand/type of roofing somehow seemed to hold its own against Odette...The Belgian-made IKOtile stone-coated metal roof. The rest all saw damage. Priced right between tin & clay.
CPAC is concrete. Kawara, GCI are clay, better than concrete. These require pre-painted rib type longspan underlay. Clay is priciest amongst the common/conventional roofs.

How many cars can fit sa 150 sq m area na pahaba. Width is 2 cars.

Average car size is less than 2 x 5 meters ... 150 square meters ... assume 5 x 30 meters dimension ... 30 meters = 6 cars x 2 = 12 cars will fit in 150 square meters ...
assuming each average car (let us assume it's an american family sedan or a caddy) measures 5 meters long x 2 meters wide,
it goes to assume that the 150 sqm lot is 4 meters wide x 37.5 meters long.
car capacity will depend on how the cars are packed.
if the cars will be packed in there like tiles in the bathroom,
that'd be 7 car lengths x 2 car widths = 14 cars only.
if the cars will be driven into the park,
that'd be only one car and not two abreast, as it's impractical to nigh-impossible to drive them into the park and parking them two abreast, without bumping into each other.
that would then make for only 7 cars parked in the lot.
errr,
why are you asking, po?
btw,
back in the day, american cars were moved across the continent in train flatcars.
to maximize the numbers and decrease freight expenses, designers would limit cars' dimensions.
^^^
Hirap lang diyan for the vehicles in the back if you pack it to capacity.
It may be a better idea to just reduce the total number of vehicles, and park them perpendicularly (like sa mall) then have a single driveway para makalabas lahat without needing to "shuffle" them.
It's the parking in my Lola's house. She said the garage is exactly 150 sq m from the gate to the back wall (?) of the property. It's 2 cars wide. Tama computation niyo na 12 cars, so the parking is 2x6. Hindi nga lang pwede i swing wide open yung door ng car parked sa side ng wall. My cousin and I were discussing how many cars used to fit there when cars were still NORMAL SIZED. I recall 10 to 12 and he said less daw. I WIN
Anyway, it's kinda sad because there are discussions about selling my Lola's house![]()
Yun lang talaga ang hassle, malas pag nasa dulo yung car, it's like tetrisSa family namin they always park inside when visiting lola, that's one reason why I prefer street parking

our parking driveway is a smaller version of that: fully loaded, it can accomodate five cars bomper-to-bomper, and two cars to the side pockets. most of the time, however, there're only four cars parked.
i sometimes hop-and-drive seven times in-and-out, 'ala tetris, to get out the car i want to drive that day.
we are also particular about the brightness of the back-up lights. a foot inside the greenery, are a concrete wall on one side, and un-yielding kamiases on the other side.
imagine our driveway during fruiting time... "take all you want... please!"
heh heh.

Pano pala palitan yung mga roofing insulations na parang aluminum foil na may bubble? Nalulusaw na yung sa garahe namin, kapangit tignan.

You can ask either Metalink or Puyat Steel as they both have insulated long span roofing. You can contact metalink directly but you probably need to find a reseller for Puyat Steel
It can attached on the existing purlins. The insulation of the roof can be between 25-200mm in thickness. You can probably go on the thinner side since its a garage
The insulation is riveted between the purlins and the metal roof. A contractor can remove the roof, install the roof insulation, and reinstall the roof. We typically use 12mm PE foam with aluminum foil on both sides.
I misunderstood that you wanted to change the entire roof
yung ganyan namin sa garahe sinira nang ibon tapos binabahayan nila..
