Our friends here in cavite used to give nicknames for our cars and vans also..
for me it's BUDONG - popularize by super inggo hehehehehe.
JANE for my wife's motorbike.
PAJ / DIA / FLORA for my friends ...

I just refer to them by either their color ("gagamitin mo ba yung pula?") or their model ("Pahiram nung Galant ha"). My wife sometimes calls the Corolla "Pogi". E ngayon iisa lang ang kotse kaya "yung kotse" na lang. Hehehe
