lately, we called them Lance (for Lancer), Lynxie (for Lynx)

hehe kami rin. our toddler nephew calls our vehicles also by its plate number's first 3 letters, kaya yun nakasanayan na... sila TNY, TTT, UTL, UDA and XBH.

we love calling our rides with their names..parang pet na dapat todo sa alaga din.

Our friends here in cavite used to give nicknames for our cars and vans also..
for me it's BUDONG - popularize by super inggo hehehehehe.
JANE for my wife's motorbike.
PAJ / DIA / FLORA for my friends ...

I just refer to them by either their color ("gagamitin mo ba yung pula?") or their model ("Pahiram nung Galant ha"). My wife sometimes calls the Corolla "Pogi". E ngayon iisa lang ang kotse kaya "yung kotse" na lang. Hehehe

i dont personally give names...but my younger sister does..she calls our family cars by its brand or model pero as if its a person..like, "si suzuki" or "si mazda", and she calls my car "si avanza"...i just refer to them as "yung sasakyan"..

my first car was a toyota lite ace back in high school.. i called him "rhino" but sometimes i call him "hotbox"

then came my black altis and i called her "mariah the automatic princess" hehe labo

lumipat kami ng house with a smaller garage so we had to sell mariah

next car was named "georgia." dont know why but shes a pajero fieldmaster. a friend of mine named her and it just stucked.

my newest baby is an audi q5. we named her "orqa" as in the killer whale but replaced the c with a q hehe. this was after watching a documentary in natgeo of an orca killing and eating a great white shark.

I call my White GenCoupe "Angel" and Black Tucson "Denise".

A lot of times I'm being asked why I used girls name for my cars para daw b*kla, sabi ko mas masagwa naman kasi kung ang sinasakyan ko lalake

Then my mom who owns a Black Isuzu Crosswind named her car "Brutus" after knowing I named my cars
