many in this generation won't be working in an office 5 days a week

they want freedom... they want to be in control of their time

    ayaw nila ng amo

i will go over their curriculum vitals with a fine-tooth comb.
in my business, one's previous performance is a good prediction of one's future performance.
it is imperfect, but i'll stick to it, until a better evaluation system becomes available.

Kaya hindi na talaga ako naniniwala sa school ngayon, kung pera lang ang measure of success, there's so much to make on the internet. Dapat makapal lang talaga mukha lol. Kawawa na naman mga middle class who went to top schools kasi magwo work ng normal jobs and it would take years to achieve a high salary e yung pera sa internet they earn hundreds of thousands with little effort (kapal lang ng mukha)

hindi mag aaply sa trabaho mga yan

older generations believe it's normal to go to work 5 days a week for 40 years doing something they don't enjoy to make someone else rich

    i don't see gen z doing that

Definitely not, that's the LAST in my book that's why I initially refused a promotion at work because I am so happy with my boss and my job that I would rather have a lower rank and salary than move to a higher position

But I know for most money is the number one measure of success.

The Gen Z's ability to make money from the internet is merely based on a handful of people, and these Gen Z tend to be the noisier ones. They are flaunting their ability to make money out from the internet, leading many others to join. Very, very few of them will be able to sustain a living out of that.

School will still matter, but there will always be people who prove they can be successful without school.

hindi lang naman sa youtube eh

many young people are doing freelance work -- working only a few hours a day but making enough that they don't need to look for a real job

pansin ko lang mas gusto nila ang ganun kesa ung may amo

kaya i don't see genZ "going" to work in the traditional sense

School matters kung ang career path mo is full blown corporate.
