    Also wages have been stagnant the past few years. Unless you’re with the big companies, yung starting salaries 8-10 years ago halos yun pa rin today.

    Agree 100%. Sabi ng former colleagues ko (who left the company last year) ang hirap daw maghanap ng work ngayon, considering na experienced hires na sila.

    Yup. We hired much more fresh grads in the past year than we did in previous years.

    Once i had experienced being part of the recruitment team…

    may pagka racist sa MNC namin kasi yung top universities kahit entry level pa lang parang 2years exp na ang sahud as compared sa top student from ordinary university as entry level…
