Not by fan votes but coaches vote.

So imagine from his one and only all star appearance eh the following year no work na. Maybe sa pangilinan group of companies ililipat. PArang si magnum membrere and gabby cui. hahahahah.

Yes I know maraming entitled rich kids na hindi naman magaling tapos expectation mataas sweldo. Pero marami rin akong kilala na magaling talaga and did not settle and eventually got what they deserved based on their output.

yes i know naman iba ang level ng talino ng mga galing sa top schools

di naman sila makakapasa sa entrance exam in the first place pag hindi

    -

rich kids can bring unique stuff to the table

like sa private banking they'll hire rich kids specifically coz they got ready connections via social circle

clients are more likely to trust someone who is similar culturally and/or familiar

Ako iisa lang style of rule ko eh

    Pag matalino sya, patabain mo
Pag vain (fit) sya, pa feel mo bobo sya
Pag matalino at fit sya, apply-an mo na ng art of war

Usually 80% of the Filipino dont pass the first two conditions,

Presentation skills, Excel skills, analysis and insight, EQ - these are things that set people apart and lead to corporate career advancement and some fresh grads are better at it than others.

And since sayang ang time value of money and exponential advancement, a fresh grad who knows he's worth 50k starting will not settle for a 15k/month entry level job. Doesn't necessarily have to be a rich kid - can be someone from a modest family but knows his worth.

Although on the flipside, meron din namang mga fresh grad na walang paki sa sweldo since may allowance pa from parents kahit kumikita na.

Companies spend on training. The more tenured a staff gets the more competent he becomes too. Pag newbie na naman aalalayan pa nila. Mas okay for them if an employee stays.

Other kids naman can afford to quit jobs and find better opportunities, gaining more experiences and developing competencies. In turn, making them more competitive. Not so privileged kids can't do that. Di nila afford mawalan ng trabaho so they stay.

I don't think PUP fresh grads have the top positions in mind naman, at least not all of them, and maybe not yet. Enough na sa kanila for now ma-employed soon so hindi na sila pabigat sa parents at makatulong na. While grads from the "better schools" are eyeing the top positions and investing to get there as early as now (because they have the education, the training and can afford to take risks). May advantage naman talaga sila.

So true, Aladd mo pa. English.

    San ba kayo nag graduate?
