so tama... coz they're not rich kids they're grateful to have a job and would value the job

and coz mas matiisin sila, tumatagal sila

But it's not exactly bad if you actually demand what you're worth.

Yes I know maraming entitled rich kids na hindi naman magaling tapos expectation mataas sweldo. Pero marami rin akong kilala na magaling talaga and did not settle and eventually got what they deserved based on their output.
