Since wala silang kilala or kamag-anak dito sa luzon, alam nilang hindi basta basta bibigay yung tao.
We have this female MT from Surigao na kahit maiyak iyak na siya sa hirap at pagod, hindi siya makapag-resign since dahil sa kanya, napa-semento nila yung bahay nila sa probinsiya. Well, starting salary ranges from 30k to 40k depending on your credential (latin honor and/or board placer) pero yung itsura mo naman madadagdagan ng 10 taon sa edad mo sa stress.

June 4th, 2014 04:55 PM #187Ok to get you some inspiring story.. here is what real man did and currently earning 1M pesos a month as a salary.
After HS during summer nag work sa garments factory as a janitor after 2 months na layoff since cost cutting.
Then nag apply as a Student Assistant sa LETRAN College para maka pag engineering. naka isang Sem lang at second Sem pa then nag summer class ng math na ibinagsak..
Nag abroad as a Helper sa Middle East sa isang contracting company na nag su supply ng manpower sa Oil and Gas Industry. While working nag aral nag distance learning sa ICS International Correspondence School ( yung office sa may greenhills) hindi pa uso ang internet noon normal post office mail lang. at manual writting ang exam wala pang computer..While working for 3 years in middle east from Helper to Pipe fitter hindi pa din natapos ang course sa ICS sa sobrang hirap ng lecture all alone wala talaga makuhang reference during that time so nag give up nalang. After 3 years natapos ang contract at uwi ng pinas tambay for 9months.. habang nag aaply ulit papunta middle east.. Naka swerte naka pag apply this time higher position with good salary nagamit yung na tutunan sa ICS natangap bilang Operator sa Oil and Gas... and then nag tuloy tuloy na ang promotion until maging manager.. At ngayon isa ng Consultant for Operations Engineering....
Now I can see that even unformal education can landed you in a Good Paying Job... But I dont recommend it ang swerte ni Juan hindi minsan nadating kay Pedro.. and to this date most of the country required attested degree (school credentials) so sa panahon ngayon pag wala kang diploma hindi ka din tatangapin..Hindi tulad noon basta magaling ka lang sa work ok na ngayon pano mo i proved na magaling ka kung wala kang diploma para maka pasok kas a Company..

based doon sa story his success has more to do with his experience than his ICS course
he learned everything there is to learn about getting oil out of the ground kaya siya naging consultant
though the ICS course may have been a factor, alisin mo yung on-the-job experience niya wala magagawa ang ICS education niyaLast edited by uls; June 4th, 2014 at 05:18 PM.
