Mga sir gandang hapon po! Sorry po newbie lng po pagdating sa sasakyan. I am driving a mazda 3 2004 model. Tanong lang po if may idea po kayo kung mgkano po mgpa top overhaul and san po kya may maaus na talyer at idea po kung magkano abutin? Recently po kasi nag overheat ung sasakyan ko and kala ko po dala lang ng leak sa water overflow reservoir which napalitan ko na po ngaun ng bago but still unti unti pa rin po nauubos ung tubig sa reservoir. Tapos po knina pag check ko po sa oil dipstick at engine oil cap may sludge po na prang kulay gatas po. Sabi po ng friend ko bka may tama na daw head gasket ko. Sana po matulungan nyo ko. Mejo tight din na po kasi budget ko.
Ask na rin po sana ako if safe pa po ba idrive ito? Right now po ngsstart na po ako mgipon ng pera dahil ang sabi po sa akin maghanda na daw ako ng budget at mahal daw po mgpa top overhaul... please po tulungan nyo po ako.... salamat po![]()

My 2005 Mazda3 just had it's water pump replaced. And with the recommendation of the whole radiator fan assembly replaced at the same time, it was apprx 80k total damage *Mazda GH (my reservoir was already reolaced last dec)
Head gasket is cheap, like 800php lang IIRC, have had that replaced last year.
If it hasn't happened yet, your fuel pump should be near replacement na rin, plus the ignition coils. around 40lk sa kasa yung pump, and around 10k ata yung coils na oem.
Never had to do any overhaul though... coz that really doesn't solve the 'reasons' behind problems.
Hello po, newbie here. i own a Mazda 3 2005 HB. dreamcar ko po. Nung unang na acquire ko siya, smooth ang driving. Mabilis ang response ng pag accelerate and walang ingay.
Then eto na problema, nagpalit ako ng tires and shock, 4pcs yun i think KYB yung brand nya. After nun maingay na pag nagdadaan ako ng humps parang humagapas yung likuran. pinalitan ko na yung Engine Support saka stabilizer and bushing assy pero hindi pa rin nawala yung ingay. Then, ngayon lang i had to replaced the fuel pump (grabe ang mahal) nahihirapan na kasi siyang magstart mga 2-3 times ko siya need na i-on bago magtuloy tapos bigla na lang ayaw na kaya fuel pump na daw sira. Okay na after palitan, gumagana na at walang problem magstart pero parang ang bagal ng response niya sa pag accelerate tapos parang nahihirapan siya ay ang bigay niya umandar..
Sorry po mahaba, naglakas loob na ako magpost dito kasi wala ng marecommend yung mechanic ko lagi sinasabi matanda na daw yung Car kaya ganun na takbo. Gusto ko sana i keep siya ng mas matagal pa at ayaw kong magpalit.
Pahelp naman po kung ano pa po need ko icheck at kung may marerecommend kayong autoshop near cavite para mapacheck ko yung kalampag niya.

ano ano pa po recommended na need i upgrade? wala kasi akong alam sa mga kotse. sa recommended na tires kasi magpapalit na rin ako soon.
sa headlight naman po, pwede ba sa mazda 3 yung angels eye na nakikita ko nakainstalled sa iba?

so far napalitan ko na yung Fuel Pump, Oxygen Sensors, 4pcs shock, Stabilizer, Bearing (not sure, pero sa rear yata po), Bushings, Spark Plugs, Engine Support and Water Reservoir. Ipacheck ko yung Radiator Fan and Ignition Coils. Paano nga pala malalaman kung need na palitan? medyo mabagal humatak yung car ko saka parang ang bigat, may nag suggest na palitan ko daw ignition coils pero nung dinala ko sa talyer sabi hindi pa daw need palitan...
Saka ano po yung drive shaft? normal lang po ba na need talaga siyang palitan? eto naman yung recommendation ng mismong casa.
Halata kaagad if the coils are failing... massive engine shaking...parang uneven yung tunog at ramdam mo, parang nanghihingalo sya to the point of it almost parang mamatay matay siya.
Rad fan assembly, they normally test speed of the fan at the casa... mahal nga lang, > 50k yung fan assemblhy alone...ugh.

Anyway, try doing the idle reset. Start the car, let it idle for 20 minutes. This reset and programs the ECU and MAF to accomodate how dirty the trottle body and intake manifold / idle controller are...
you'd normally do this everytime the battery gets disconnected...coz it needs to reprogam the MAF/ECU
Which shop can repair the Knock sensor of my 2007 Mazda 3? Any good shops in makati area and also any parts supplier where I can buy this sensor? Tia!
