As for resale value, I dont really plan to sell the car any time soon so I don't care : )

All I can say is that it's been incredibly reliable.

    +1

if you really like the car, go for it. kesa naman bilhin mo yung mataas ang resale value pero hindi mo naman msyadong gusto.

Heard from a reliable source that the new Mazda 6 that will be launched here will not have HID headlights (with auto feature) to keep the price competitive.

Got to test drive one today when I dropped by the Mazda showroom. In terms of looks, it is quite stunning as it is both sporty yet luxurious.

Steering feel is very good and comfortable, suspension quite good, and rear space very spacious. Dashboard quality is very good also and you can even control the aircon from the steering wheel.

Only negative comments I have so far is that I wish door panel plastics finish was better and for a car that big, Mazda should have included parking sensors as standard.

One good thing about this is that Mazda is heavily discounting the previous Mazda 6...almost competitive to a top-line Civic FD.

No idea, yet, but probably a typical 7 km/l in the city. More efficient 5-speed AT than before, body still relatively light... but we have yet to do a long test-drive.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

i don't think it can hit 9km/l on mixed city and highway driving. medyo asa po. pag pure highway baka... city driving im guessing it will be around 6-7km/l at best.
