Hahaha...was an NU faithful, too....before the noise became too mainstream...then, the music finally died. Did some acoustic work for them when they set up shop ages ago. There aren't many stations here to choose from....They're either too old, too young, or too un-me.[emoji16] Now, my mixed bag playlist keeps me hummin' thru those drowse-inducing static traffic moments....which basically take most of every workday.🥱

Had my car diagnosed in Mazda Makati due to Check Engine Light and DSC Malfunction Light.
Error code came from a faulty brake light switch.
Kaya pala there are times na nahihirapan ako magstart ng car ko kasi the car cannot detect that my foot is already stepping on the brake pedal. Pero once the car is running, there is no issue with the brake.
Still waiting for Mazda PH approval of the warranty claim and SA told me that once approved, it will take 3 to 5 days for the part to arrive.
Hoping it will be fixed ASAP. Thanks Tsikot!

Well so far, Mazda Makati has my highest rating based on my experience.
Tried Makati, Alabang and Q.Ave for my PMS.
Makati - they'll provide feedback and reports on the job that was performed (ex: brake pad thickness, batt life and other), warranty claim was flawless (shocks spring rubber seat). Waiting area is nice as well. Nice couch.
Alabang - Waiting area not that nice. No reports and feedback after the PMS. Warranty claim is such a disappointment (side mirror lens, hanggang ngayon wala padin update) forgot to wash the car after the PMS
Q.Ave - also a disappointment, promised time was not met for 2x already. Small waiting area.
My experience with Makati branch was the complete opposite, e.g. pms takes more than 4 hours to complete despite that I'm the first one to arrive (scheduled at 8am always), there's only one mechanic on the job compared to north edsa with at least 3 mechanics working on the clock to get the job done within 2 hours. A simple oil change shouldn't take more than an hour but that's how long it took for the makati branch to get it done (all recorded in a dashcam vid). They did a battery test but saw some fluid spills inside the engine bay, and this was the result:
At north edsa and quez ave I'm free to take a look on what's being done with the pms unlike at makati where I was told I'm not allowed at the service bay. It's better to see for yourself on what's really being done with the pms instead of a printed report. Yeah the lobby is comfy but I prefer to be at the service bay to see what's being done with my car.
Sorry for my rant but that's my experience with the Makati branch. Perhaps I will probably get a better service if I'm a member of one of their favorite mazda clubs but that's not really what quality service is all about. I get better service at mazda north edsa despite the very small service bay. I would expect more from the main branch.
Fair point. Service does take a few hours but I don't mind waiting. I find they're excellent when it comes to troubleshooting and warranty claims so maybe my past experiences allow me to overlook the waiting.
Best you let them know about your experience formally through an e-mail. Maybe they can help you out.
Makati is just a dealer, afaik they also own Cavite and Santa Rosa. Not sure if any Mazda dealers are directly under the distributor.
Good Sirs,
Looking to replace brake discs/rotors and pads.
Any recommendation for our M3 and where to buy/install it?

When my M3 got a service in Mazda Makati, they unplugged the dashcam so wasnt able to see what they did and there were unfinished install on my dash.
I am wondering if I can get my last PMS in Mazda North Edsa instead, do they have appointment system or walk ins would be fine?

Was lucky enough to have a colleague see that my tires had this huge crack running along the whole sidewall or else might hve had a blowout.... Had to replace the whole set just for security. Is 225/45 ok even for stock rims? TY

Glad to have replaced the whole lot. Another tire was found to have cracks on the inner wall sheesh.. This would be my first time to experience this? Is it the brand of tires or am i just over or under inflating my tires?
