December 14th, 2017 05:20 AM #531Truth be told, my first choice is crv 2.0 gas cvt. There is no available stock though. With the pending excise tax implementation, im starting to consider cx5. Its nice to hear that I wont go wrong with that choice if ever. It sounds like the implementation starts jan 1st 2018. An arrticle from autoindustriya suggests that its ready for signing within the week.

December 14th, 2017 07:55 AM #536BGC. My ex office mate is also deciding between the two. He said the same thing. You can never go wrong either way.
The deal breaker is the availability. There are no available diesel cx-5 this year. I'm not sure what the Honda SA told him but he might get his unit before the year ends.

Can I also use the CTEK CT5 Start/Stop charger for ordinary car batteries?
How about the Time To Go charger, can it also be used for the deep cycle type batteries? Lately it's getting difficult to find the Start/Stop charger at Blade store but there's plenty of stock for the Time To Go charger.

I'm quite hesitant to buy from Lazada due to concerns with warranty claims. That's probably just a concern based on anecdotal experiences
I really prefer the Start/Stop charger but would like to use it for other ordinary car batteries. Anyone here able to confirm it also works for ordinary batts?
The assumption that the vehicle runs on the road, the ECU is more than likely a match. Try cleaning...
