2.0 owners, please chime in (calling bro jp23). Hobo 1.5 lang sakin e. Hehe. So far, wala naman ako major issues na narinig or reklamo from fellow M3 owners aside from the "tok" sound sa front left shocks. Majority nakaexperience nito (1.5 and 2.0) but theres already a TSB fix and hindi na rin sya evident sa mga newer releases.

Pareserve ka na!! Di ka magsisisi. 😊

oww all this time looking at sylvie I thought dark yung tint mo sa windows. How about the rear seat windows? meron na kasing tint from the start, medium pa din yung pinalagay mo?

Thanks for the feedback. I was waiting for the new Civic that's why I held up my reservation for this one. Now that the 10th gen civic is out, di hamak na mas maganda pa din ang styling nitong MZ3.

Issues? None. Common sa lahat ng Mz3 ang tok sound. For me, mas mababa ang ground clearance ng 2.0 sa 1.5 so watch out lang ng konti sa humps na matataas at matataas na parking area.

Sa sedan, walang tint sa backseat pati sa rear window. Medium lang all over just like my other car. Di na 20/20 vision ko eh. Hehe.

Nope, the 2.0 engine is heavier, hence, slightly lower
The clunk that some of the earlier builds have randomly had is just due to spring seating. Coil spring-strutmount contact tolerances may slightly differ from 1 to another. This has a corresponding TSB & the new releases this year already have spring protectors/insulators off the factory. This has been rendered a non-issue now.

Actually, oo. Mas malaki kase total diameter ng 1.5 wheel sa 2.0 e, so slightly higher by few mm ang 1.5, isa pa mas mabigat engine ng 2.0 kaya mas mababa yung front nya, yun ang na notice ko.

Nope, the 2.0 engine is heavier.

Plus all the gizmos. i-eloop, etc.

That lower right pic was how Mazda envisioned the 3 to look like stock....
Perhaps, some mix up in suspension parts, wheels, or assembly somehow gave it the different stock look today????😨

This is true, ang free tint lang daw sa front is visor. If papa full windshield tint daw need mag add ng 2700+

Full windshield. I wasn't even told na visor lang ang pwede etc, basta ang offer free 3M tint, and choice ko kung dark, medium or light.
Here's my windshield with the 3M logo.
Baka depende sa SA or dealership?

I'm presuming you've scoured thru the rave reviews, the vids, pics of the new Civic...all angles. How does it excite you, Djerms sir?

I was looking forward to Honda stepping up, not simply keeping up w/ Mazda.
The new Civic like the M3 is on a health diet regimen, bulkier, more efficient & lighter.
The interior panels are in the same M3 mold. Quality & classy.
Form & styling are still a struggle to earn that 2nd,3rd,4th glance, but not bad.
They need growing on you & a good amount of tweaking to bring the mature look & stance down a bit.
It's strengths are space & the 1.5 turbo, the 2.0vtec is old familiar.
Its weaklink? If it's CVT, it's not the tranny for me.
If I were in the hunt today, with the M3 on its strong 3rd year w/o signs of birth pains & defects vs the new Civic?
Honda needs a lot of convincing, their own take on a longer Yojin, & a good dose of intoxication to get me looking the its way.
No...it's not to say the new Civic isn't any good...in fact, it's likely to be the best 1 ever....

It's just me......

Honda can rely on its well-earned history, but Mazda, w/ SkyActiv, is paving its own w/ out-of-the-box thinking....I'm just glad to have been taken by the adventurous latter.....
All these are just my worthless & ultra-biased 2cents...hahaha.:D
