Sarap i-birit nyan Good thing Ford dropped the DCT.

Pero turbo engines require more frequent oil changes. They also have the tendency to pop turbine seals if not maintained properly. I want one pero I don't want to take care of one. I'll just cruise along in my NA. Besides maunahan man ako sa arangkada magkikita rin naman kami sa susunod na stoplight

The Focus & Civic would make it a good crowd. The latter being touted as the best 1 ever. The 2.0 looks to be same old, but if they offer the 1.5Turbo....that would go head to head w/ the Focus' 1.5 ecoboost turbo...180 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and more importantly, 240 Nm of torque from as low as 1,600 rpm!!!! Wow!

Nakakatukso talaga yang ford focus 2016 and honda civic 2016 dahil sa turbo engines nila.

Pero kasi si M3 may 3 year free PMS kaya no. 1 pa rin sakin si 1.5HB sa list ko, ayoko rin ng masyadong matalinong kotse kasi malamang higher maintenance cost.

    My choices:
    1. M3 1.5V HB
    2. Toyota Innova 2016 (pampamilya sana and fresh look and engine)
    3. Ford Focus Sport 2016
    4. Honda Civic 2016
    5. Nissan Juke (kaso maliit ang interior space kaya last sa list ko)

    ang hirap mamili no? hahahahaha

Depends on what you look for in a car. If you're looking for performance, sobrang lampaso ng Focus and Civic 1.5 Turbo yung Mazda 3. The Civic will also be much larger than the Focus and Mazda 3, both of which have cramped rear seats compared to other compacts.

If you're just looking for a practical car, the Innova wins hands down. It's the most practical car sold in the country IMO. Diesel, reliable, cheap to run, spacious, abundant parts, powerful enough, has enough toys, and has great resale value. With the 2016 Innova, good looks are also added to the equation.

Now for the Juke - err I don't see what it offers that a regular compact with more space and power can't. It's not any better at floods and rough roads, and you should really be avoiding high waters rather than plunging straight in. I guess if you wanna be different you can consider it, but if that's the case I think a Forte Koup is more individualistic.

Actually, hindi ito official. Customized local Mz3 natin yun sinasabi kong Mz3 with turbo. Kung mag-rerelease man sila, wait for the true Mazdaspeed 3 na ang sabi, 2.5L turbo engine at 330HP. Next year daw ang planned release nito

Yes bro. Thanks for the compliment. Sa OLX ko dati nabili. Rare find kaya spot cash kagad. Haha. Bihira nagbebenta ng OEM Mz6 rims, konti lang din naman kase meron nun compared to camry and accord. 😊

^Well let's not compare modified/custom cars vs stocks. The Mazdaspeed 3 competition would be the Focus ST which I "also hear" eh "baka ilabas" din "daw".

Ang tinitignan ko kasi talaga is yung compact cars na syempre fuel efficient and ok ang ride experience kasai usually city driving lang naman home to office.

yung top 2 ko is M3 and Innova

    M3 1.5 HB
    1. compact car na sporty ang datingan (pang binata)
    2. skyactive 6-AT (mas reliable versus sa CVT i think)
    3. yojin 3 (laking tipid sa PMS in 3 years)

    Innova 2016
    1. kasya kaming family although yun nga hindi bagay pang everyday car ko kasi magmumukha akong pamilyadong tao hahaha
    2. nagandahan ako sa refresh ng itsura nya
    3. new engine na rin

Haha..true. Work trips are made more enjoyable & traffic jams bearable with the car you love.
The Civic & Focus just aren't as visually inspiring.... to me.

At the very least the release of the new Focus and Civics should shake up the market.

Competition is always good. Hello Telstra

BTW & OT the lower variants of the current Camry don't even have Bluetooth. It even tries to read my SMS with a hilarious accent. Makes me love my hobo even more

Magkaiba yang dalawang yan ah. Pero wag ka, meron ilan na ang gusto Innova kesa kotse ang kunin. Kahit binata, yun iba kinukuha Innova, at madami din ang gumigimik na gamit Innova. Tsaka the more the merrier sa Innova :naughty2:

Yun nga lang, mas eye catching ang Mz3

    +1

I use a Toyota vios and Toyota Fortuner going to office before I had the Mz3. Now I am using a Mz3 papasok sa work , mas bearable na ang trip ko papunta sa work since naeenjoy ko ang pag ddrive with Mz3

Resale value isn't among my points of choosing. Most of ours are kept & self maintained long term. Still got 2 '90s Toyota workhorses kept in tip top shape serving the family.....the same intentions w/ the M3.
True, resale is a plus when that time comes, but when one chooses by heart, that car has better chances staying long than leaving early....Here, sentimental value sits above resale....Yes, I'm amongst the eccentric few not gifted w/ practical wisdom many possess.:D
