Yep, my wife ordered sinanglao and i tasted it, same but a bit different from bulalo. I myself had 2 orders of ilocano dinuguan with puto, much better! I also had ilocano style pork adobo and it brought back memories of my grandmother. Madami na ko natikman na adobo but none compares to the way my grandma cooked it. I had a taste of it again in vigan. The trip was worth it for that alone!

ang pinakamasarap na sinanglaw natikman ko sa Claveria, Cagayan kaya lang every thursday at saturday lang sila nagluluto
