Yes bro they're made in China. Cooper has partnered with Chengshan and roughly 25% of Cooper's supply is manufactured from China.

Try checking the prices of the Toyo Open Country, should be cheaper than your usual Yokohama Geolandar, Dunlop Grandtrek, and Bridgestone Dueler.

Reliable in the sense that they probably won't explode while driving around in the city. Westlake is one of the biggest Chinese tire brands, but at the end of the day it's still a Chinese tire brand.

If I were looking for a budget tire I'd consider GT Radial first over Westlake.

For what car and what size?

165/80 R13 is my tire size. For a Honda City 98. Need to replace both front. I've notice there are some cracking on all sidewalls. Pwede rin ba ang Westlake sa High speed driving?

Try the GT Champiro Eco or Achilles 2233. Personally had the Achilles 2233 and while it's a budget tire, it's good enough to be driven consistently at 200 kph.

You can try calling different tire shops, or perhaps ask people with the same car and/or tire as you. [emoji4]

I only know prices and sizes for my own cars' tires, sorry.

A rough estimate would be 2-3k per tire for a 13" tire.

try searching for your needs at TirePh Buy Online Tires For Sale Philippines - Tires For Sale Online Metro Manila Cebu Davao. they reply by email. you can order online and then have the tire delivered to one of their dealers nearest your location and have the tires mounted there. they carry many brands.

imho i'd stay away from china made tires. too many stories of tires na oblong after just a few weeks of use, too many incidents of vehicles having burst tires at nlex and slex. better go for indonesian or thailand made tires if you are on a budget.
