I've used 3 out of 4 sa brands na offered sa iyo, in 195/55/R15 size nga lang.

Nankang NSII Ultra Sport - Grips ok, noisy after 5k kms, lasted 40k kms (2.5k PhP 6 yrs ago).
Kumho Ecsta SPT KU31 - Grips ok, not so noisy as Nankang but became noisier during the last half of it's life, lasted 40k kms (2.6k Php 4 yrs ago).
Neuton NT5000 - Grips ok, still not noisy, currently at 35k kms, still have treadlife to last till approx 50k+ kms. (2.75k PhP 2 years ago). I want to get Kumho again but at that time medyo nagmahal na ang Kumho.

Current odo of car is 219k kms.

Among those 4, definitely Kumho is the best. Korean brand that's actually used in motorsport.

I had Kumho Ecsta tires on our Altis before. Better than the Dunlop LM703 that I used previously.

I purchased 4 Delium Terra Roamer A/T 235/70R15 tires. OK naman siya so far. Made in Indonesia. My initial preference was the Sailun TerraMax A/T but 235/75R15 lang meron siya. I also decided na ayoko ng made in China (correct me if I'm wrong pero China made yata yung Sailun or baka Taipei but I'm not sure).

from the official website of Delium tires:

Designed as the compromise to deliver the best driving performance for normal to harshest terrain.

Open end shoulder grooves with self-cleaning effect, preventing soil clogging thus enhance traction.

Double steel belts plus full nylon cap ply provide better resistance against puncture on rugged terrain.

Sidewall construction designed to resist impact.
