Actually it’s better to put new tires at the rear.
Mali pala thinking natin na new or better tires should be installed up front thinking na better control if front tires have better grip.
    Here’s a good read

    beliefs evolve.
in the olden days, new tires went to the front, to prevent slippage of the front and consequent loss of direction control.
today, new tires go to the rear, to prevent the rear from racing ahead of the front during hard braking, with consequent loss of car control.
i suppose, it's like asking where you put feathers in an arrow, to make it fly straight... at the point, or at the rear?

Delaying would be asking for trouble imo. Since 10TKm palang, relatively new padin yan and baka di pa nagkakalayo sa thread wear ang bnew at existing mo.

Before ka bumili ng pampalit patingnan mo muna doon sa pinagbilhan bro. Although rare for passenger tires, minsan may mga separation na nawawarranty naman.

Anong OK na options for 215-225/45/17 tires and how much? Currently using Nankang NS2 sa Civic FD with 17" Civic Si rims. May mahabang crack na sa sidewall (halos buong sidewall) ng front passenger tire ko.

Yokohama Advan Fleva V701 for under 5k if you're looking for an affordable tire with decent performance.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for around 7k if you're looking for the best performing tire at a reasonable price point.

Wala bang 3-4k lang? Haha. Although before nagka-crack front passenger tire ko, I was thinking of replacing all tires with Kumho pagnaupod na yung Nankangs ko. Kumho Ecsta ata at my spec is already near or at 5k per piece already? If only wala ako babayaran this Friday, ok na sakin 5k per tire. Pero need ko ng less expensive tires yet performs well for daily city and occassional highway driving.

I had Kumho Ecsta LE Sport tires before my Yokohama. Same price halos. 5.5k for 18s so should be around 5k or less for 17s.

If you want cheap tires, just get Achilles 2233s. 3k per tire lang siguro. Good enough to get you from point A to point B without blowing up.

Quoting both as I also need to replace the current Kumho KL21 235/65r17.

My back tires are still in very good condition but front needs changing soon. Should i replace only the front 2 or should i replace all?

Thinking of replacing it will either Yokos G055 or Goodyear Effiecient Grip. Any inputs? Is both tires good or is there any other brand I should looks for 10k-11k price range?

No problem replacing just 2 tires. Put the new tires in the rear and the older tires in front.

Both are OEM tires so they're a bit on the pricier side, but at least you know that they passed OEM standards in terms of grip, comfort, and durability.

You can look at cheaper options like the Toyo Proxes R45 or Kumho KL21 - both are still OEM tires but at cheaper price points than Yokohama and Goodyear.

Haven't seen much on the Net about Neuton, but I read that Neuton is the in-house brand of YHI International Ltd., a Singaporean company?

Currently debating between the Neuton Kruzlander (P4K each, Jiga Mags) and the Achilles Desert Hawk H/T 2 (P4.5K each, Hotwheels), 225/65 R17.

Bridgestone currently has a 15% discount on Dueller tires but they will still cost me over P10K each ... ugh.

Low budget yet good quality tires
