    hey guys you might be interested saw the Rio kanina at MOA, they had a red hatch on display there, the pictures don't give justice to the car ganda in person. Lol. Pero pinatakam pa lalo, hindi pinabuksan yung kotse. Talked to the sales person mukhang mga January ang dating ng mga kotse.

    Sorry wala akong dalang cam kanina but my friend took a few shots I'll post it when I get it from him.

    I've been looking at photos on the web and I'm leaning towards the hatch lol...

    saw a link on the site for the specs of the new RIO may there's a pdf with specs... Start-Stop button, smart Key, climate control, audio and cruise control on the steering wheel, rain sensor for the high-end hatch... seems like it's loaded...

    I wonder how the accent owners will feel about their cars lol

    I went to MOA last night just to take a look at it. Ayaw patingnan yung loob - bawal pa daw.

    The one in display is a red Kia Rio hatch. My first impression was that kamukha sya ng accent sa front. The headlights siguro ang nagbigay sa akin ng ganung impression. THe tiger grille design of course makes it look good. Yung likod naman is kamukha ng Sportage. The one in display is naka HID at may daytime running light (LED strips that run along the base of the headlamps katulad ng Sportage). Yung mags din is yung pang high-end ng sportage. I don't know if yung Rio na makukuha natin is ganun din but I guess hinde lahat... kasi syempre baka masyadong magmahal ang kotse.

    Ah by the way.. the Kia badge is on the hood - so pag inangat mo ang hood di na kita ang Kia badge. La lang napansin ko lang. Liit lang din ng salamin sa likod - maganda ang porma but I guess visibility might be affected.

    Based sa pictures, parang mas gusto ko ang sedan version. The people there said dadalhin nila dito is yung sedan and hatch. At sana nga mag launch na ng November!

    Based on Kia's gogetreal.ph site, specs palang ng hatchback yung nakalabas. Both are 1.4 Gamma with 4-sp A/T. Ung High variant ung push start/stop with auto climate control while yung Low variant is regular key with manual A/C. Pero both have 17 rims na! Wala pang specs ung sedan. Im guessing dito nila ilalabas ung M/T.

    called up Columbia Motors and they told me next year pa daw ang labas ng mga units. nalilito ako kung maghihintay ako or tuloy ko na lang ang plano kong kumuha ng Accent.

    Dun sa mga nakakita na, mukha bang malaki yun Rio? If you compare it with the Fiesta/Yaris/Jazz, alin ang mas malaki?

    Saw the rio sa moa. Mas malaki po sa fiesta/yaris/jazz. hatch po na red nakadisplay sa kia booth sa autofocus

    Impressive specs for a hatchback but I'm pretty sure, because of the said specs, the price won't be cheap just as other Kia vehicles out there.
