thinking of getting the CRDi, the 2.0 EX doesn't have the panoramic sunroof right? Complete specs are missing in their website. No CRDi there

2.0 EX CRDi have no panoramic sunroof, 17' Mags, Manual Knob type aircon, No push Start, no side curtain airbag, but got the same great engine, transmission which is more important.

Bro, just check the specs for the 2.0 EX Gas. It's exactly the same, except that the 2.0 EX CRDi has a different engine and weighs 100 kg more.

Thanks guys! That was quick! Hmm.. would've been sold if they included the panoramic sunroof! Torn between the Sportage CRDi and the new Rang*r. Will they be bringing in a souped up CRDi version?

Will they bring that here? Will try and visit the PIMS tomorrow to have a better look. If the CRDi averages 10km/l mixed that would be good enough. On par with my 4x2 Everest

I think yes kasi sa gas version matagal may Limited trim na ... 10km/L mix will not be a problem for 2.0 CRDi, but mostly i just got around 7 - 8 km/L on mixed driving, sarap kasi ihataw si sporty minsan minsan ... Sa gray market tagal na may Limited CRDi.

Yup, like what sir wazhai said, just go with the grey market Sportage if you really want more toys. Or head over to the Tucson, which offers a Premium CRDi version that has all the toys you're looking for.

My eve with the redbox chip averages 9-10 km/l and mostly on spirited runs. Your sportys really look good, better looking than a Tucson IMO. Yes, but the warranty naman sayang din if gray market kasi

Nakakasawa din siya. A friend had an Exalta STA before, pinagsawaan namin yung sunroof. Cool conversation topic though. But a push-start button is just as interesting and much more useful (since you never have to take the keys out).

Uh-oh... I haven't had any on mine. And I've replaced my low beams and fog lamps with aftermarket ones. I have the unit washed (power washer) about once a week.

di pala ako nagiisa but ill have it checked na din sa 1st pm ko...plug my brake concern.

On FC: my ave is 8-10km/Liter (AWD 2.4) I use Cruise driving whenever possible. Does this help?

Re Footbrake: even if the footbrake is engaged, (there are times when i forget about the footbrake) i step on the gas and umaandar sya

Yes, cruise control can make better FC especially on highway, coz you are on steady speed, with low rpm. That's also the reason why highway FC is always better than city/ mix FC.

Footbrake/handbrake have limited braking power, just enough to hold the vehicle at stationary, engine force can easily overcome it. Kaya a may alarm na ang sporty to remind us if the vehicle moves with the parking brake is not yet release.

normal lang yan..i still get those..just had them last night...i washed my car...nag moist konti..but the next morning..wala na.and wala naman water inside..its normal to have a little moist..whats not normal is if it doesnt go away...hindi naman totally sealed ang headlights natin..meron mga breathing tubes/holes yan.
