Kasi naisip ko.. Minsan masaklap din magkaroon ng TOTL, kahit pa KDM. Kasi dadami at dadami rinNgayon 2 na kami sa TPH na may Bronze Premium, gusto pa nung isa pareho kami ng mods. Ay putragis bakit pa ako nag-Premium kung makikipag pareho lang din :hysterical:

Sabi sa'kin nung owner ng Kia Acropolis may first 1000km PMS daw. Pero sabi nila E. Rod 7500km na daw first PMS ko. Hmmmm..

using full synthetic I always do 10,000 km intervals on all my cars, I also don't change oil filter on 5000 km, instead i do this with each change oil that is 10,000km. Casa said that even if we use full synthetic we should change oil filter every 5,000... this is just crap, we have automotive shop abroad and full synthetic can do longer than 10,000 km actually. But if the owner has cash to burn then he can change oils and filter as shorter intervals as he likes.
the 1500 PMS or oil change is also crap, car producers are responsible to release the new engines to the end user as in full working condition. Non-sense ung sinasabi nila na para daw maalis ung mga libaba sa makina sa unang gamit.
Dun nga ako nagtataka eh, yun ang sinabi ng Hyundai Dealerships kapag FS oil daw kailangan palit oil filter at top up parin pag naka-5000km na yung oil. Sabi ko nga bakit sa mga Honda namin hindi ganunwala sila naisagot
Personally, I use semi synthetic oil. Para palit ng palit kahit every 5000km.
On diesel engine ok nga ung semi synthetic or ordinary oil lalo na if aged na ang makina, dahil sumasama sa chamber ang ilang mount ng lube oil during combustion, this is inherent sa diesel engine kaya mas advisable talaga na every 5k km ang palit dahil nagbabawas ng volume ang lube oil sa diesel engine regardless if CRDI or naturally aspirated.
this scenario is the levelling point of gasoline and diesel engine cars in terms of TCO (total cost of ownership), you have to add pa ang price difference ng diesel and gasoline engine cars. It seems lahat ng natipid mo sa diesel fuel consumption will be spent in maintenance in the long run. But this could be true only sa passenger cars not on industrial and commercial application.
Hindi naman lahat ng kotse namin CRDi, kahit sa petrol engine Semi Synthetic gamit ko, except Honda kasi FS oil talaga ang kailangan. Minsan di rin practical ang CRDi because the maintenance cost is higher than petrol engine. Pero I really need the power of a CRDi engine. Palagi rin ako umuuwi sa South, sanay sa hatawan. Sulit din naman pagdating dun sa SF kasi nilalaspag namin.
Di ko alam itong Sportage.. Mukhang mas matipid pa yung CR-V 2.4L 4WD ko![]()
