Hi Sir dockiks, pinagtyagaan ko kasi sundan yung dati kong Service Advisor from Kia Pasay nalipat na pala sya. Maganda kasi sya mag assist sa customer and very honest kausap.
Sir, Yung ibang Kia Service mas mataas pa ang quinote sa akin, may aabot pa ng 6T may mga hidden charges sila ng service na kasama na sa 15K PMS, bakit kako ganun. kaya sabi ko kahit malayo pagtyagaan ko na lang.

I'll scan my 7500KM PMS receipt para makita niyo na P1,700 lang yun bill.

Nagulat din ako ang mahal nung 15000KM PMS compared to 7500KM eh aircon filter lang naman nadagdag sa parts, bumawi na siguro sa labor. Sa 7500KM kasi free labor. Eh ang sabi noon pati daw 15000KM libre labor

Pa-rant lang: 4362 vs 1700, ang layo ng discrepancy! Pareho namang 7500km PMS. I don't understand how this could be, and why there is no standard rate for all dealerships under Columbian as far as PMS are concerned. Kailangan pa ba dumayo sa malayo para mas makamura ng gastos?!? :furious:

Hi Dockiks, tama ka po dami ko po tinawagan Kia Congressional, Kia North Edsa, Kia Pasay, Kia Pasig. Di sila nagkakalayo sa presyo.

It is not the cost that I have decided to go to Kia Sucat but I know that they can give me the best service so as what I expected I got it eventhough its Malayo.
And most importantly the Trust , may nakausap pa ako na Service Advisor na 6 liters daw ang ilalagay sa Sporty ko, susmaryosep!

Yes, semi synthetic lang yun tsaka Petron brand pa kaya mura lang talaga. Tapos yung oil filter 350 pesos lang. Free labor na rin.

BTW, yung sa Sportage mo, DRL din ba yung nasa headlight o parklight lang siya sa gabi?

Siguro dahil bago pa lang ang Kia sucat kaya mahal. Btw, I my bought my unit there. Pero Hindi dapat ganun kalaki ung discrepancy.

Hi Sir, ung 4,362.01 mababa na sya compared to other Kia Casa. I checked the other branches, but i find Kia Sucat as the most credible and dependable.

I ran 113 kms near half ng fuel gauge ko. Then nag pa full tank ako. 31.7L. It means 3.5km/l lang ako? Ako ata pinaka grabe dito? My ODO is 2500 lang. Please help.

Either you're driving with the hand brake engaged or very heavy traffic condition to get that kind of fuel consumption.

*cube- Normal driving lang.. I dont know why. Im averaging 5-5.5km/l at most. Maybe this month mag papa PMS na din ako and how to reset ECU? Can I ask the casa to do that for me? And is it recommended ba? Thanks sir!

was asking this question so many times here and nobody tried to reply... but, now i got the answer. dahil meron ng free long stretch road in front of me kaya sinubukan ko dito sa brunei hiway si sporty at hanggang 165kph lang ang kaya nyang top speed. taka lang kasi ako dahil yung odometer nya ay hanggang 240kph talo pa ng vios nung kumpare ko hehehe may problema kaya ang unit ko
btw, 2.0 gas variant at kdm version RH drive ang unit ko using full SO.

wrt FC okay na rin for a 2.0 engine... sa moderate traffic ay nasa 12-13L/100km, sa hi-way ay nasa 9-10L/100km. walang nagrereklamo dito dahil ang 1-full tank ay almost 900php lang dyan sa atin.
