August 8th, 2011 04:19 PM #55Ask ko lang po how is the PMS for Kia Soul? 4 months or 7,500Kms po? Whichever comes first? So kahit di mo ginagamit masyado talagang kelangan you go there every 4 months?
Saka CVT po ba talaga ang transmission nya? What I thought kasi is CVVT engine sya - like the new accent.
Thinking of getting this po kasi. Many thanks po sa mga magreply!

I think its just a mistake of the original thread starter. (I'll correct it in a minute).
The kia soul has a 1.6l CVVT engine with a traditional 4-speed auto tranny.
CVVT = Continuous Variable Valve Timing
If the car is in normal use, just go with the distance based service intervals.
based on the Kia.ph website: 7,500km then 15,000km and so on.

Double thanks!
Based on the website it's 7,500km or 4 months, whichever comes first. On Ford kasi I have to really go by the 6 month interval and not on the distance travelled (which is 10,000km). On my 6 months I just got 7K km. I really like the distance based intervals for PMS kasi halos everyday din naman ang dala ko sa car. Hindi lang talaga kaya ang 7,500 sa 4 months lang.

Kung walang spare tire, invest on a Inflator kaysa sa sealant. Inflate the flat tire +10 psi than...
Liquid tire sealant
