Honestly, I let my mechanic do all the work and source all the parts, so I didn't take note of the part number, nor did I notice if it was the entire assembly or just the cartridge that was replaced.
I have a relative who has a 2011 Carnival. At 28tkms, the check engine light was lighting up upon rapid acceleration and would be gone upon engine restart, with no error codes when plugged with diagnostic tool. Fuel filter replacement instantly solved the problem. Apparently it was the first time it was replaced, and Kia recommended a 20tkms interval.
Regarding HU, I replaced it with a Pioneer AVH-295BT. Its not a very high model, but has all the features I need. Sound quality is very, very good. Speakers have never been changed.
