May 15th, 2011 12:13 AM #672We're not the only ones that know about this "better" Isuzu DMax mga idols, and up until now, "tulo-laway" nalang tayong mga Pinoy sa kaka-panood ng product features nito where even the Australians speak highly of this DMax iTEQ VGS Turbo; well, how does 43% increase in sales from 2009 to 2010 on this Aussie-model DMax sounds like????
....Moreso, how does it sound for us Pinoys that the Thai-version DMax VGS (same as the Aussie model) regained back the No. 1 spot for 2010 in pickup sales beating the 3-litre Toyota Hilux, once again hehe....
Don't forget to click on every "hotspot" in the link below (7 of them in total) and be amazed by such features that we Pinoys have been deprived of since and still dragging on up until now DANG!!!! ---- Imagine that since 2002, Isuzu Japan has been exporting state-of-the-art 3-litre CRDi diesels with variable-geometry turbos to its European markets, namely Renault of France, Saab of Sweden and Opel of Germany, and we haven't tasted any of these running 10 years now since! Ain't that great!!!!
Click onto the 7 hotspots here in this link (pay attention to the drivetrain/ engine and performance hotspots most especially)
http://www.isuzuute.com.au/spirit-of-truck-about.aspx
Just be reminded, however, that one influential guy here in this forum is sore just the mere mention of this "better" DMax iTEQ VGS Turbo ---- he even view it as a complaint when Isuzu patrons, even long-time patrons i must say, express such discontent as to why it's still not here in the Philippines and considers it a taboo discussing it

hinDMaxsiado is right i wish IPC would bring the "new dmax" unlike our raw and old dmax here in the philippines. Sad to say i guess the dmax is being left behind against newer competitors which have more numbers interms of hp and torque gains.

May 18th, 2011 12:40 AM #674Punasan na lang muna ang tumutulong laway para di mapagkamalang may.....
Isuzu Philippines is a joint venture: 35% Isuzu Motors Ltd, 35% Mitsubishi Corporation and 30% partnership of Ayala Corp & RCBC.
Better not blame the foreign brands. They are not in full control.

Anong foreign brands? Baka foreign companies or shareholders....
Mitsubishi (Trading) Corporation is affiliated with Isuzu even the Isuzu Thailand under its Isuzu Business Division, and also with the marketing aspect of Mitsubishi Motors....
....But Mitsubishi Motors which you "might" think of as a brand that has a control at Isuzu Motors or Isuzu Phils. from your statement "Do not blame the foreign brands", does not have a take at Isuzu Motors or at any of them.... Mitsubishi Corporation is a trading conglomerate of different business divisions and it is not a brand....
....So your statement not to blame the Japanese as to why that DMax VGS model is not yet here is just a pure making of yours at haka-haka lang wika nga, pare koy
In fact, ang Isuzu Inteco, sa Facebook website nila, they expressed just recently that they are trying honestly and everything to bring that DMax VGS Turbo engine here sa atin kahit lang sa DMax Boondock variant as top-of-the-line DMax, at baka posible din sa 4x4 na Alterra, pero di pa natin alam as to when this will be realised.

As kapamilya, I know very well the family.
The percentage of ownership is enough to explain why we Pinoys were deprived. Besides each of the 3 owners wants profit thus explain why Isuzu in PH is very expensive.
Saka bat sila maglalabas ng best in line eh kumikita pa ng limpak-limpak ang iba nilang investment sa ibang brand of the same product?
Get mo? Tama na satsat para di tulo laway. Itikom na lang ang bibig... hehehe

May 18th, 2011 01:23 PM #677Haha!!!!
Group of different businesses ang former.
You still got it all wrong chief, tignan mo nalang structure ng iba gaya ng Isuzu Malaysia na hanggang ngaun wala pa rin DMax VGS Turbo kahit na ang mga shareholders nito ay Isuzu Thailand, Isuzu Singapore at HICOM ng Malaysia. Thailand is just up north of Malaysia and even them Malaysians, are also clamouring for the DMax VGS, gaya nating Pinoy ahihi....
As for our Isuzu Phils., they have to find out how to bring that here even if it means just plugging it to the Bondoock DMax and top-of-the-line Alterra, much like the following scheme from Toyota and Mitsubishi:
1. Hilux 4x4 and Fortuner ---- they are using the VNT-equipped 3-litre 1KD-FTV engine exclusively for the top-model Hilux and 3-litre Fortuner variant
2. Strada and Montysport ---- they sell the one with the VGT for those who want it and as top-of-the-line model
Isuzu Phils. should also do the same, in fairness naman-naman, naman-naman....

I am talking about MC, ang pinaka-profit oriented (laway ang puhunan) sa mga siblings within the Mitsu Family.
MC is also one of the sibling-owner of MMC sabihin mo na rin buladas yan... hahaha.
Laki kasi problema mo. Hard to face your problem ba?
Sige pagbigyan whatever sabihin mo after this ng sumaya ka naman.
Probably looks like a Coke sakto. Yes, where did you buy it?
