HQA filled up 8 liters versus in the manual na 6.7 lang.... Yung tira nga hindi pa binalik kasi nasa barel..

First post, I was reading through this thread to find out yung parts na pinapalitan sa 1000 PMS. Got my SF serviced at Hyundai Sucat yesterday.

I did not argue even though I knew the engines of the new and old sta fe are identical.

By the way, before going to Sucat, nag canvass ako sa ibang dealer. Yung quote nila was 10,000+ kasi aside sa change oil at filter, may engine flush at engine treatment pa sya ni pinapagawa. Akala yata gullible ako.

Engine flush & treatment at 1,000 km PMS?!

Sino SA mo dun, I will call him? Thanks.

regarding PMS...wala pa ako experience with PMS sa Santa Fe..hindi pa umaabot ng 1,000km..ill post once ive had the PMS. I think P7K is good enough for a SUV diesel PMS for 1st.... Chevrolet Cruze nga..mas mahal pa.. eh 4 cylinder engine lang yun, but on FS oil.

yup.. 4 cylinders din ang Santa Fe... but what I was pointing at was Chevrolet Cruze 1.8 Liter Gas engine PMS is more expensive than Santa Fe 2.2 Liter Diesel engine..... usually kasi.. mas mahal ang PMS ng Diesel engine vs Gas engine.

Went back again to Pitstop, this time I brought my wife since gagamit din naman siya if ever I decided to get a Santa Fe... she liked the features but ayaw niya talaga ng may Korean language sa MID... haay, I gues limited na talaga choice ko to PHDM, hehe. Also, RJ of Pitstop insisted that HARI units daw are not e-VGT? Didn't make any comment nalang since I'm quite sure that both KDM and PHDM versions are both CRDi with eVGT.

Highly recommended by the 2 owners of the 4x4 KDM units here.

*bjreyesmd.. Ano ba ang target mo, the 4x4? Kung 4x4 better get the gray unit.. Mas value for money.. Ako kasi, nag isip ako mabuti, I opted to get the 4x2 na lang for practical reason.. The PHDM is also R-eVGT na..

We had a similar experience with that RJ a couple of years ago when I accompanied a friend of mine to Pitstop to inquire about the KDM Tucson. Marami siyang false claims na binibitaw, either he's not familiar with their products o sadyang bolero talaga. My friend ended up getting from another gray market dealer and was very pleased with his unit & the service.

Anyway, here's a pic lifted from the official HARI Facebook page showing the engine specs of the PHDM Santa Fe plus a scanned spec sheet:

Correction lang sa aircon conditioning.. the 4x2 A/T has a dual full auto with cluster ionizer + manual rear.

Hay naku, oil capacity is 6.7 liters tapos 8 liters ang sinigil sa akin...

*bjreyesmd, change SA na. Look for Rose. Walang bolahan na nangyari during my inquiry. And sinabi niya sa akin lahat ng mga differences between all their variants, from the base model up to the top of the line model.

What I'm waiting for is if there would be a solution to the korean language MID, if it could be change to English.
