A friend of mine recently won as well, against Ford. You're right, madali lang ngang magfile ng case sa DTI. Nanghihinayang nga siya sa ginastos nila sa lawyers na wala ng naitulong, pinagsamantalahan pa sila. More than 10x silang pabalik balik sa casa dahil sa A/C na hindi maayus ayos.

i think so. kasi you dont grow in numbers. i myself witnessed how so many posters posted their problems in the D4D Fortuner and Innova. yun ang kapanipaniwala. pero dito napansin ko nagsusulputan yun mga pangalan na i've dealt with before when I was busy defending then struggling Hyundai bec. I'm one of the first who bought the STa Fe.

alam mo naman dabi salesman sa tsikot. hindi mo na malaman kung sino. and by just looking at the CAMPI sales, Hyundai doubled its sales this year from the same period last year, and all of it were Tucsons.

Troll naman pala tong taong toh. :P Anyway just to shed some light on this, my friend owns a Hyundai dealership and indeed there are transmission problems in some Tucsons. Now lahat ba meron? I don't know and even my friend does not know but there are quite a lot of customers experiencing the problem already. Maybe not as prevalent as the Fortuner issue. Besides, just because no one posts the problem here does not mean that it does not exist. What? The population of this forum is less than 1% of all Tucson owners in the Philippines?? :P So please just because someone posted something wrong with a car for that matter, it does not mean they are on a demolition job. Tawag diyan fallacy and poor logic :P

bryan, it takes only a few hours to replace, actually it is very easy to replace, job should be done in less than an hour. the last time i had mine changed, it took the whole morning to replace, syempre alam mo naman sa casa...hindi agad ginagawa yan.

MDA...signs of a worn out or defective stab link would be a "knocking" sound which resembles a hammer hitting your under chassis when running on uneven roads or even just bumps. the sound resonates in the whole cabin which is very annoying. if the sound you are saying whenever you get off your car is a "squeaking" sound, i do not think it is the stab link, rather, it could just be the suspension joints...mine squeaks too...all the time.
