The 'conversation mirror' was originally used for checking up on kids strapped in the back seats when it became impractical to strap them up in front due to the passenger airbags.

As evolution would have it, somebody though of putting airbag kill switches on some models. But the mirror is pretty nifty [and cheaper!] too.

Btw, sutan's unit has a manually adjustable HVAC system. Hyundai did manage to make it look like a more expensive system.

IMm29 - Yes all crdi models are 4x2 and all v6 models are 4x4.

Otep - What is the HVAC system and how do you adjust it?

Darn... I just L-O-V-E how the Santa Fe looks! Those parklights looks awesome... and are those HID equipped low beams? Just nice...

HVAC >>> Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioner.

Difference? The V6 has an auto-climate control while the CRDi is manually adjustable (thermostat, fan speed, blower control).

I am pretty interested in the V6 version... I wonder what's the fuel consumption of the V6.

    nice ride...

i just realized it is even cheaper than the new 4wd Rav4, considering that its classification is higher than the Rav4.

yun ba V6 Sta. Fe lang yun beige interiors? I got to see the Sta. Fe sa SM MoA, ang sobrang classy talaga yun loob nya and of course, the exterior as well.

i'm not really a fan of Tuareg or Cayenne type of bodies, pero this Sta. Fe changed my mind. sana yun CRDi din may choice ng beige interiors.

Ganda ng black! Go for upgraded rims na. Hehehe!

With the way the Santa Fe is priced, taking into account all its amenities, you'd be hard pressed not to give it a second look, especially if you're looking into a new RAV4.
