Got 2.4L 2WD theta II specs down sta fe almost 2 weeks ago for 1.368M. Ako daw yung nauna sa model na ito. Initially reserved tucson pero nainip ako sa pag-antay. Add lang ako konti sa price ng tucson 2WD 2.0L theta II GLS 1.158M, meron na akong 7-seater, 2.4L engine mid SUV with cooling box, rear a/c vents etc. Really happy with my decision.

meron lang konting lumalagitgit na sound coming from overhead glasses compartment, baka me kailangan i-tighten. sa first 500km na break-in, hataw with variable rpm, got combined 6.8km/l. city driving lang and went to tagaytay with 7 pax. sa break-in maganda daw variable 2k-4k rpm, pero i can't even reach 4k rpm sa bilis nitong sasakyan. also, sana me option din yung gas 2WD to get HU na me navigation.

thanks for sharing your info about sta fe. the good reviews of my friends and your inputs have helped me a lot. questions lang po.

1. meron ba kayong alam na makukunan ng 3M matting specially fit for sta fe?

2. planning to install mobis stepboard, di ba mavovoid yung warranty or better buy the stepboard and let casa install it?

6.8km/l and 6.9km/l pa lang yung gas consumption na na check ko. 1st and 2nd full tank ko. less than 1k odo reading. combined city and hi way driving yun.

di ko pa nasubukan pure city heavy traffic. after pms i'm sure mag-iimprove pa.

Naku, di nga full tank pero ang pinalit eh yung pure leather na steering wheel cover. Ganda naman sha! (hehehe)

Ganda ng drive nya! Parang gasolina na! Napakalambot ng manibela, pati deadening ayuz!!! Kung papa sound set-up ko, wala na ako masyadong gagastusin sa deadening ng kotse!

that's not true, low specs gas has abs with ebd, and dual airbags. if you backread and find the brochure of 2010 sf, yung leftmost column - yun ang specs ng low specs gas

I'm also considering the Hi Specs variant and initially I was told by an SA that the difference was basically: plus leathers seats and the ecm. Not quite convinced that the P100k spread was due to the leather seats and the electro chromic mirror only, I did the rounds of the dealers and was surprised that the SAs were practically clueless about the difference between the P1.368M and P1.468M petrol models. Finally, a more knowledgeable and enterprising SA from Hyundai Sucat forwarded to me HARI's email to their dealers concerning the Hi-Spec variant.

The difference is far more than what the SAs had told me. Here:



This spec sheet came with the dealer's offical quote for the P1.468m variant.

As for me, I have yet to decide whether to get the CX7 or this model. But since this is the SF thread... it'll probably be "get the SF."

Unfortunately, This was a case of "mistaken identity" kase asa province po ako since yesterday at ngayon lang pong gabi nakabalik ng bahay...

Manila Cityhall pa! Yikes, takot lang ako magdrive dyan kase ang mga jeep dyan walang sinasanto.
