Would highly appreciate it if anyone could guide me to the thread for prospective sta fe buyers.
I would just like to hear honest opinions/observations from its owners relating to the car's underchasis/suspension system.

My apologies to the fora's moderators for being OT.

Yeah but its quite bland and its a gasoline engine. You buy a Hyundai for its CRDi... Siguro ginawa lang nila yun to even get market share...

Good day mga sir. My plan ako to trade-in my CRV 2009 2.0 manual to Sta Fe CRDI 2.2 2010 and starting calling some dealer. First choice ko dati Sta Fe after CRV because short money on that time kaya CRV nakuha ko. Pero this time susundin ko na kung ano gusto ko.Pag nagkataon ngayon lang ako makakapgdrive ng diesel engine from gasoline engine. Thanks.

Hahahaha the Santa Fe is such a powerful beast, lakas ng torque its an overtaking machine... If you think diesels are like jeepneys and Crosswind's, magugulat ka sa CRDi ng Hyundai...

Eto lang masasabi ko. I eat ricey Civic EK's and SiR's with my Santa Fe. Gulat na lang sila that a mommy vehicle like the Santa Fe can accelerate faster from a stoplight than their rice tin cans!

Ibang klase yung torque.

Mas maging alaga lang sa engine ha. CRDi yan, very sensitive.

If you're talking about the new 4X4 R-engine wala pang nilalabas na ganung model, in the future meron...

And yeah the R eVGT is the diesel. Get that one if ever you're going to get a Santa Fe. What's the point of buying a Hyundai if you won't get their superb diesel engines?

Got 2.4L 2WD theta II specs down sta fe almost 2 weeks ago for 1.368M. Really happy with my decision.

meron lang konting lumalagitgit na sound coming from overhead glasses compartment, baka me kailangan i-tighten. sa first 500km na break-in, hataw with variable rpm, got combined 6.8km/l. city driving lang and went to tagaytay with 7 pax. sa break-in maganda daw variable 2k-4k rpm, pero i can't even reach 4k rpm sa bilis nitong sasakyan. also, sana me option din yung gas 2WD to get HU na me navigation.

thanks for sharing your info about sta fe. the good reviews of my friends and your inputs have helped me a lot. questions lang po.

    1. meron ba kayong alam na makukunan ng 3M matting specially fit for sta fe?

    2. planning to install mobis stepboard, di ba mavovoid yung warranty or better buy the stepboard and let casa install it?

    TIA.

would add a little more you should have gotten diesel R evgt engine, HU with Navi. Try Ace hardware Nomad 3M but you need to tailor fit specially driver side. new step board will not forfeit your warranty.

Lumalangitngit - meron bang lamang eyeglass sa loob? Baka naman duon galing? Kumakalog ang glasses kapag rough road if not send it to casa

HU with Navi - cheap aftermarket HU with TV and GPS built-in meron yan sa MASPRO. Visit their store if your within MM

3M Matting - pwede kang mag DIY. Buy 3M or meron look alike 3M, make pattern and cut with scissor fit na fit pa yan sa unit mo

+1 with loyloy, walang warranty na mabo-void

Note: hindi po ako ahente ng MASPRO

    eVGT po referring to diesel
    Theta is petrol

Yung price na 1.5M is for 4x2
Hopefully this June or July may lalabas na na 4x4 variant

Yung folding side mirror assembly kuha ko dati is 20k
