hello mga boss. I bought my Sta Fe last June 25 from sir Lui. Unfortunately hanggang ngayon wala pa rin ako O.R. and C.R.
Nung una sir Lui Told me nasa LTO na daw and its taking some time kasi nagchange location daw yung LTO, and then last monday he told me na bago lang daw sila binigyan ng HARI ang Customs Declaration ng car ko kaya matagal and mga 1 week lang meron na yung O.R. and C.R.
Pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. Ganon ba talaga katagal magparegister ng car? Feeling ko kasi parang I'm being neglected by Sir Lui kasi ang layo layo pa naman ng location ko.

Sir hindi kayo nag iisa. Yung sa akin delivery date ay Feb 23, 2008 nakuha ko yong OR CR 1st week of May 2008. According sa SA ko sanhi ito sa pagkadelay ng pagdating ng CSR (Cert. of Stock Report ba yon?)
Comment naman ng kaibigan ko, masuwerte na nga raw ako kasi iyong sa Fuzion niya nakuha niya after 3 months....

matagal talagang makuha ang or, cr and it does not only happen to hyundai, yung toyota innova namin took more than a month before we got the or, cr.

Mga sir yung nakalagay sa OR CR ko ay diesel yung engine pero V6 yung kinuha kong Sta.Fe. Mag ka problem kaya ako nito sa future?

Matagal talaga.....estimate ko mga end of Aug o Sept yung sayo
anyway di naman yata mahigpit sa plate dyan sa inyo

so does it mean halos useless bumili ng bagong car, kasi maski OR CR wala ka maipakita sa mga sisita sayo dito pa mandin sa Metro Manila....dahil na rin sa NO PLATE NO TRAVEL POLICY, lalu na NO OR & CR....

wala naman po problema kung wala pang plaka. ang habol ko lang muna is yung o.r. and c.r.
kasi yung receipt ko from hyundai abad santos is more than a month na, and di na daw valid according sa isang traffic aid dito.

hindi ka yata nabigyan ng Vehicle Sales Invoice (with July/Aug or even Sept dates) para may maipakita ka dyan..

yung VSI ko umabot ng 3 months....
iwas lang ako sa Makati (medyo kabisado na nila dun ang"extension")

Actually I've talked to Sir Lui yesterday regarding sa sales invoice or delivery receipt with a later date. He promised me he will fax me first thing in the morning for a new receipt. Unfortunately, I think I'll have to follow up on it again.

Got my OR/CR after more than 2.5 months. What took a long time was for the dealer to get the CSR coz i got my unit it was only a couple of days old at HARI warehouse. The LTO registration should not take longer than 2 weeks.

Ingat lang sa "extension'' that dealer issues, AFAIK fabricated lang yan kaya lakas sa huli...lalo na sa Makati, kabisado ng MAPSA yan

Haven't posted in quite a while I see that the mainstays are still here, Idol c190 musta na?

So far so good pa rin SF ko, ride and handling is still like new. Only thing is di maiwasan na may scratches na unit ko and would need exterior detailing coz of the watermarks.

Hope to see most of you sa EB na inorganize ni LR (sabit lang ko kahut di gun owner).

pero never ko na naulit

best with stock filter- 15 to 16kms

metro manila driving- 12.5kms/li average
worst FC metro manila heavy traffic- 9kms/li

IMO may konting improvements- around 1 km/li or more
sa power meron din dagdag hatak

2k rpm max driving

You can check this out with your sisters SF since mine is gasoline and not diesel. What I noticed with our 2008 Starex, which is VGT, is that it stays on 4th gear. I am running 60-80km/h then when I switch to manual mode its only on 4th. What I'm trying to say is when driving once you hit 60 shift to manual mode and then you can put it to 5th for better FC, or you can just drive it on manual mode.

same here when i use the 4X2 crdi, can get only max of 7.5 Km/Li FC...

But my location is binondo manila area...

I am getting around 10-12km/L - mixed city & highway... here's the driving conditions one-way:

10km+ NLEX... 100-150kph
18km+ Balintawak - Ortigas - Makati (via EDSA then Boni then Rockwell to Jupiter).

-when rpm reached 2000,i released my accelerator pedal
-seldom used my brakes- (more braking=more energy used)
-no overtaking..... if possible
