Oh well, only time will tell since the SF is just a year old model. I do hope that the SF passes PH's paved roads' challenges with flying colors.

SF is still on the top of my list. SF owners, tuloy nyo lang exchanges in this forum -- it really helps . Coz of this alam ko na what features the SF has or do not have, conditions on the extended warranty, where to buy accesories outside the casa, A/V upgrades, offers, service level/competency of dealers, etc.

Excited na ko when I buy my new SUV next month ( SF or FORT ???), will let you know.

pero pag ok 'to, imagine the savings and manueverability of this vehicle.

Sana pang long term talaga ang SF. The one I ordered (superior red) was delivered today two days earlier than promised. I haven't touch the wheels yet coz wifey's doing the first ride. Probably a nice gift for a loved one!

have researched on the Captive but it doesn't meet my basic reqmt...need to be a 7 seater.

3.5 months na rin ako nagre-research thru forums like this, reviews and test drives. Out na talaga Everest and Alterra (wasn't comfortable in 3rd row and didn't fancy the exterior). The Outtie was on my list, liked the look and features but wasn't a 7-seater as well.

Malapit na.... hhhhmmmm napapaniginipan ko na SF medyo sumisingit singit lang Fort,he,he. Thanks sir old blue

    * sir Ferdine ; congrats on your ride sir...swerte naman ni misis ang sweet ni mister

    * sir wanderer : ang LUPIT!!!! even enhanced by the awsome lanscape in the background...

    * sir TFR : have the feeling that i won't regret buying an SF reading from the very satisfied owners from this thread as well as the praises others are giving this ***y beast

99% na ko na SF. Just need to make the further decision on buyingthe FWD or AWD version of the CRDi.

Just hope the dealers can sway me thru a good offer next month. Happy hunting na ko...let's get it on!

wishful thinking na nga that sooner than later I'll be posting as an SF owner na...

And today I found that what most were talking here with similar statements above is very true. The moment I got inside the driver's side, I was tranfixed. I just can't believe Hyundai has finally made a "real" stuff. I tried to give it a few rounds undmindful of my wife talking to me while I was driving. I just felt comfortably numb.

    Bros,

Checkout the sound quality of the SF Headunit. Its good considering its a stock unit. At first when I tried it using the FM radio, quality was so-so. But when I tried some quality CDs, I was pleasantly surprised. The insulation from road noise helps the overall sound quality of the SF. Even reluctant non-SF believers get to sing with the songs or sway to the tune when I play them CDs. Nice!

Another thing, the WOW factor. I have had VIP clients (4 of them on different occasions) ride on the SF and 100% they complement the sleek look, ride quality and amenities present. And when near the end of the ride they learn its a Diesel (mine is a 4x4 CRDI), the more they are impressed. They always comment, "this is a lot better than my current SUV etc." . And yes, these are top level bank executives that make these complements.

Thanks sa mga posts mga sirs! Very informative talaga ang thread na ito. Now I'm very much leaning to a new SF... maybe by next year!
