Masters, may disadvantage ba yung mga drop-in filters like K&N? Aside from voiding of warranty.. In the long run, mas cheaper ba siya?

Not a master, but a disadvantage of k&n filters is fouling up the maf sensor due to over-oiling. Make sure to re-oil properly and let dry thoroughly before reinstalling a k&n filter.

As per feedback on the board, drop-ins provide some gains for the GE. That, plus not needing to replace the filter will be benefecial in the long run.

Oh, good call on the spoon copy from fremuff. Maporma nga. My friend's been enjoying the new note since he got it. Coupled with the simota intake kit, it seems like the GE grew some chest hair.

On cone filter, anyone tried anything other than a simota or k&n?

well.. aside from the intial cost, thats the only disadvantage i've seen.
if properly cleaned and oiled, this kind of filter should last you a lifetime.

good day GE owners, i have a GE 1.5, 2 years old, napansin ko lang na walang ignition key lamp yung GE ko, naka off lahat ng lamp ko sa loob ng car, para pag open ko ng door from outside eh di ako makikita pag gabi pero pati yung ignition key lamp eh naka off(or talagang walang lamp ang GE or sira sa unit ko), sa crv at forester ko eh naka off din mga lamp pero once na you open the door freom outside eh may ilaw yung ignition key, thanks

Nag ka squeaky irritating sound ge ko pag nag brebreak... Happened after ko nag pa carwash... Anyone experience something like this?

Guys, sensya sa stupid question ha...hehe. Ngayon ko lang po kc na notice kapag insert ng key sa ignition switch and turn it on, umiilaw lahat ng instrument sa gauge panel indication na ready to start the engine. When i start the engine (cranking....) I noticed ung mga naka turn on na ilaw sa instrument ng gauge panel simultaneously BLINKS (parang grounded!) upon starting the engine only. pero may mga times kc na d naman nag bli-blink upon starting the engine. i don't know if its normal or not. mayroon kc ako nabasang the same topic sa forum ng honda city club philippines. baka po mayroon makapag explain bakit minsan nag bli-blink yung ilaw ng gauge panel kpag e-start engine. Anyone experience or notice this? Thanks.

pero may times na walang blink and may times naman na mas malakas yung blink kesa sa link upon starting engine. ano po kaya ang explanation bakit nag bli-blink?

Happens to me but mine is more of guttural rubbing noise instead of high pitched squeaks. It's just your brakes and tires being cold/wet and bumping dirties (lol) with each other. It also depends on what kind of tires you have. Didn't happen with stock tires but came out when I changed.

afaik, it shouldnt actually void the warranty and if you know where to get it, it actually doesnt cost much

are you referring to the key ring light sa may ignition? stock wala talaga kahit sa 1.5 V pero there is one you can buy. i bought mine from rod zabala. good friend of mine here in angeles city.

normal yan. after car wash malamig pa yung rotors tas pansin mo din may kala-kalawang sa surface. also normal. after a few kilometers travel and nag-init na break mawawala din yung parang noise.
