I like the fabric seats more compared to getting tacky seatcovers that are too thick and don't fit snugly (kahit Seatmate or Leder Interia, panget pa rin ang seat cover kasi hindi snug). So either fabric or full leather reupholster talaga.

I don’t use seat covers as well since I want to retain the premium look of the interior. I did consider genuine leather but figured out I should maximize the investment and just change when needed; but I’m loving the breathable feel of fabric especially for long drives. It’s only the arm console that gets easilly dirty but regular vacuuming is all I need (no kids though)[emoji16]

I don't use seat covers ... bare seats fit and fell better without the seat covers ... use a face towel on the center console arm rest to protect it ... easy to remove and wash ... search online on how they select modern seats fabrics ... you'll see that they are more durable and stain resistant nowadays ...

Maybe Honda-PH should seriously consider these Civic models to the local market.

    Re: Seat cover

The stock fabric really looks nice. But, it picks up dirt easily especially on the armrests and sometimes on the seats. However, it cleans rather easily with a damp cloth which I do every time I use the car. Cleans easily, but, can sometimes be a pain. lol. If I keep on doing this, I'm afraid, I might wear out the fabric due to the constant wiping. I might be seeing lighter spots on the fabric once it wears out.

Anyway, I was thinking of buying a leatherette seat cover, same design as the one from the RS Turbo. I was quoted around P7,000. I'm also thinking of buying for the center console armrest as well as the door armrests. I just want preserve the original fabric. Maybe, once in a while, I might remove it if I'm missing it. lol

If it's the armrest and door sidings that you're concerned with, you can have them reupholstered with leather while you keep the seats fabric.

That's much cheaper than going for full reupholstery and looks better than settling for leatherette covers.

Bare din yung seats ng akin. I opted sa car cover instead of the free seat cover since it looks bad IMO.

The free car cover in the meantime fits perfectly, (naka kabit since garage queen habang unregistered pa) although cocoveran ko lang in the future kapag at least 1 week hindi gagamitin to minimize scratches/swirls.

My City GM is also bare, held up pretty well for 7 yrs before selling it kahit wala ding cover.

1st PMS ko na next week, wala pa din OR/CR.

Just an ordinary microfiber cloth. Di naman maalikabok kotse ko sa loob so I don't need to clean it that often.

Hi guys, when I tried connecting my phone to the HU using Android Auto, it told me that I need to update it before I could use it again. And in trying to look for an update on my phone, I accidentally uninstalled the app. Can someone provide me with the link to download the app again? And this time, hopefully the updated version? Thanks in advance!

Okay, this is weird. Somehow, it got deactivated somehow. Meaning, the app doesn't automatically launch whenever I plug my phone. And the Android App icon doesn't appear on my HU. What do I do to re-activate it? I went through the settings on Android App on my phone to automatically activate but still nothing. Any help please?

Did you run the updated Android Auto app already?

After updating mine, it was plug and play like before again.

Yup, I did. I must have disabled something somewhere. A bit frustrating since I can't seem to figure out what I accidentally did or what I did wrong.

    Thanks though!

Try to go to setting of your phone. Look for apps then click it and look the android auto application and or in library and enable it again.

Microfiber cloth. Wag mo diinan since it scratches super easily.

I found some stain, tried to clean it, ended up scratching it more. lol!

For my wheel alignment issue, was informed na covered lang sa warranty if less than 1k odo. Isasabay ko na lang sa 1st PMS since wala pa 100km naitatakbo.

A plush MF cloth, dampened with a spritz or two interior detailer. No scratches so far

Kaka kuha ko lang sa Lamson kanina ng deep dish at step sills (non-led).

Ok naman yung sills, ako nag install. Looks stock/oem.

On the other hand, I immediately regretted the deep dish matts. Isang apak lang ng footwear, kita agad yung dumi.

Nilagay ko muna on top of it yung crappy stock mattings.

So kung sino gusto bilin deep dish ko, taas kamay lang.
