    My FC so far -

    Trip____Litres___km/L
    506km - 36.36 - 13.92
    522km - 35.61 - 14.65
    504km - 37.30 - 13.51

Last tank included trips from Cavite to NAIA, Alabang, and Tagaytay twice.
So not pure highway..quite a bit of traffic actually.
I was expecting around 12km/L for the last tank. Very happy.
    Total mileage on odometer 1560km.

Ok I've just completed my 3rd full tank, here are my figures so far:

Distance - Fuel - Fuel Consumption - Ave Speed
    277.3km - 37.71L - 7.43km/l - 11km/h
    377.6km - 36.20L - 9.05km/l
    324.3km - 30.02L - 10.80km/l - 24km/h

I thought of keeping track of my average speed as well, it gives me a relative comparison of the traffic conditions. My 3rd tank was done mostly on my Cavite to Mandaluyong route, with moderate traffic, also using Petron Xtra Unleaded. My first tank was done in awful traffic conditions, it was during the week before Christmas. In any case I think my Fiesta can deliver on my target FC of atleast 10km/l. So I'm really happy.

    All reports are looking good.
IMHO, (MetroManila driving figure) for the 1.4 M/T; once you hit 11KM/L this is good already
for the 1.6PS, 10KM/L ok na yan .
What more can you ask for . Fun to drive at relatively good FC, in a better looking design pa!

share ko lang latest computations ko kasi malapit lapit nako sa 5k km mark.

    277km * 30.17liters = 9.18km/l
    255km * 25.15liters = 10.14km/l

yang 10km/l yung latest. gumaganda ang konsumo ko habang tumatagal. eto ay city driving na meron stop en go traffic. parehas lang ng pagmamaneho nung nakuha ko yung unang computation ko na 7.++km/l sa city driving conditions. hindi yan yung tipong "driving like an old man" style. hehehe. btw, that is coming from a 1.6l ps so a very satisfied owner here.

Once you get the rhythm of your Fiesta, consumption improves. We are getting 11.75KM/L now even at normal city driving.

No more "old man" driving for me also

I posted a detailed account of both Hiway and City Here:

    http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showp...&postcount=315

I live in Pampanga and serve a varying route and time to serve clients based on their needs.

Mostly I or my wife alone in the car with no baggage.

I have concluded that the Fiesta's FC is faithful to its claim and variances from these figures will be due to environmental conditions and not "marketing hype" as some critics would spew.

1st fulltank - initial load upon delivery
    2nd fulltank - 6.86 kms/liter (Petron Xtra Unleaded - E10)
    3rd fulltank - 7.27 kms/liter (Petron Xtra Unleaded - E10)
    4th fulltank - 8.01 kms/liter (Petron Xtra Unleaded - E10)
    5th fulltank - 7.67 kms/liter (Petron Xtra Unleaded - E10)

    6th fulltank - 7.49 kms/liter (Seaoil Pure Unleaded RON93 - E0)

Not sure kung bakit parang ayaw nung Fiesta ko ang pure unleaded. I was hoping na mas gaganda ang FC ko without Ethanol, but BUSTED ako ala Mythbusters.

Back to Petron Xtra Unleaded (as if my choice ako, eh naka fleet card ako).

I've been using Seaoil unleaded as well and seem to be getting consistent figures. By the way, Seaoil's unleaded is also E10.

Not SeaOil along Dr Sixto Antonio, near Stella Maris in Pasig. They sell pure unleaded. It's where I load up my old Toyotas which are not E10 compatible.

i just gassed up this morning at shell julia vargas and i was surprised when i noticed that they covered the ethanol content advisory on their unleaded and when i asked the attendant he said that their unleaded is now ethanol free
back to topic i tried without ethanol and parang mas mabilis maubos gas

My current tank is pure unleaded courtesy of Shell... I will also find out if pure unleaded is better or worse for the Fiesta...

Oh, didn't know they had fuels which were ethanol free. I'll double check the station I load up, baka same na din.
