Yes. But if you're comparing wheels of different widths medyo complicated din bro.
Ex:
wheel A - 20x9, 0 offset
vs
wheel B - 20x10 wheel, +10 offset
Assuming the lip of wheel A is flush to the fender, wheel B will be slightly flush to the fender, labas ng 2-3mm. This is because the 1" or about 2.2cm difference in wheel width is distributed to the left and right of the wheel, but the centerline or offset of the wheel is pushed inside by 10mm.
And we are not yet talking about the tire sizing. He he
Gets bro?
Btw OT na to. Madaming info sa internet about wheel & tire upgrading, upsizing, correction. ;)
Kuha ko n sir, thanks.
Yebo, un na nga nakikita ko na paraan para pag nagpalit ng wheels, bago na ung tpms sensor, sacrifice lang sa presyo, any idea kung magkano?
ford bgc. wala naman ako sinabi sa kanila maliban dun sa sinisinok pag naka-idle. it turned out aircon compressor kicking in and out pala.
unioil diesel gamit ko. kung fuel ang reason then stay away from shell fuel save. mura nga mababa naman power at mabilis maubos compared to others. yung nitro diesel nila nasubukan ko 2 weeks ago it does not make any difference from the unioil diesel i am using now. actually mas nagagandahan pa ako sa unioil diesel kesa sa shell nitro.
First time I rode at the third row of my titanium. Matagtag nga sya. First and second row di masyadong ramdam. But after awhile I got used to it.
So pili ka nalang....porma o ride comfort?
I just dunno if changing tires from 50 to 55 series would change the ride comfort of the Titanium
Hirap mag decide, friends and family members have no positive feedbacks with ford. Only one of them had a 1st gen eve and the others had different ford models.
The common denominator with them is that ford has expensive upkeep compared to the fortuner. Because if that is the case, then i might just get the fort instead even though i find the eve more appealing in the looks department.
They might not have experienced that the PMS interval of Ford nowadays is every 10,000 kms or 6 months which ever comes first. I have positive feedback sa Ford (We owned an Expedition before the Mustang). Never gave us headaches except that it drinks fuel like a thirsty guy in the desert. Parts isn't as cheap as a Toyota and a Mitsubishi but the good thing there's MazFord in Banawe that is a source of cheap parts of Ford. Significantly cheaper than casa prices.
Problem with the Fortuner, it's not as value for money as before. Toyota is short changing the market with their offerings. For me, the choices are the Everest and the Montero. Stick with the Everest if you want all factory installed features (the Montero sources its headunit from Winterpine, using an AVT headunit with car info).
Just back from Baguio.
Over the 250kms, I've seen a lot of Forts and MSs leaving me behind (I'm in a Getz), but never an Everest. I pass them by...
Go figure
If you will have major repairs sa Ford Casa it will really be expensive. But if you only do regular PMS, the cost is the same compared to other car brands. For some reason the PMS cost vary in different service centers. I find the PMS of Ford BGC more expensive than Ford Alabang. Maybe the labor cost vary with each CASA.
My 2013 Everest was quoted P32-35k for the 60k PMS in Ford Alabang. That includes changing all fluids and belts. I had it done in MazFord BF Paranaque and only paid P13k.
Hi po mga sir, newbie here. Got my 3.2 TOTL sunset red a week ago after almost 4 months waiting 😂😂😂 btw, i got my unit in Ford Laguna under Dearborn motors which only requires 1% DI and didn't require anything bought to them. Got my insurance free 1st year thru BPI P.O. (We've computed na mas ok na yung free sa 1st year makaktipid ka ng ilang thousand vs getting the insurance sa iba) and they don't require you to get their tint compared sa autohub group (bgc).
Anyways, i like every feature that the car offers. The only downside is that parang ang bagal nya mag accelerate from 0-40 (parang may lag) or kasi diesel engine siya and i am used na idrive gas fed cars. But from 60-100++ mabilis naman, actually you won't notice na nag exceed ka na pala ng 100 kasi super tahimik sa loob ng cabin. Maximum speed ko palang now since below 1k kms palang is 120kph (i have no idea if it is ok or not, hehee) and damn! ang lakas nya pala mag consume ng gas. My first full tank just got a reading of 6.6km/L on average but mostly city driving versus ny Nissan Cefiro na V6 5.6km/L ang average gas consumption. (Buti nalang mura diesel) Will observe siguro first few full tanks kung may improvements and after the 1k km maintenance by the dealer. And i forgot, yes mejo matagtag nga sya or MATAGTAG talaga. Sorry mga sir i have no idea when it comes to tires kaya i would like to ask for suggestion regarding this matter.
All I can say is that love at first sight ko talaga tong Everest. My dad told me to get the TOTL Fortuner but i refused, aside from it being overpriced (i'd rather add half a million bucks and get the new explorer) the specs and tech stuff is no way near what the everest offers. Nothing against the new montero aside from it's rear lights (turn off ako dun sa mahabang ilaw sa likod, ahahha!)
Ford Alabang is also Dearborn Motors. Mas ok sila kesa Autohub.
I get 8-8.5kms/l mixed city and hiway driving. Pag driver 7.6-7.8kms/l. That is using the manual computation.
Hi, tried the manual calculation of fuel consumption ng eve ko (2.2 titanium). The reading is off by 1-1.5kms/L! hehe. mine reads 7.8Km/L pero actual is 6.4Kms/L.
I had a full tank (automatic stop), ran ~250kms tapos pina full tank ko ulit. Same gas station, same pump.
anyone having the same experience ?
pwd pa pa reprogram ito sa casa?
