Sir Gomez, did seatmate put a weakstitch points for the frontseat airbag deployment (2nd row airbag)? Reason am not so keen on having this covered by another layer are those airbags. The original leather that was put in there have a designed stitching that it will giveway in the event of an airbag deployment.
Sabi, bubukas pa din un in case kailangan.. madali sya mapunit. Pag di k nga nag ingat sa pagkabit.. bubukas agad ung tahi like what happened sa bro in law ko

Ok...at least they thought of it. Kase my other car seatcover installed by them are really sturdy and more than 5years is fit na fit pa rin. though wala naman etong Seat Airbags, maganda sana me sample sila hehehehe na pinadeploy ang airbag, (suntok sa buwan) Being a cynical person that I am...I will not trust their word kase airbag deployment are really well engineered science and if meron ka na alter ng konti, it would hamper or delay it's effectivity of deployment. These safety devices really been proven that saved lives and limbs, and Gods willing hope I would not ever need to use them but in case that we need it, am assured na it will work as designed. Just my thoughts bossing....baka nga naman no effects in airbag deployment.
Un po sabi, kasi nakausap ko mismo may ari.. alam naman nya ung part na un.. sana nga hindi na natin kailanganin...

di kaya nila pwede i-dye na lang ang original seat covers? baka naman pwede instead of putting another seat cover on top of the existing e color na lang yung existing. i remember when i had my steering wheels done at leder interia years ago sabi nila kahit ano color daw kaya nila gawin, may special paint sila for leather.
Oo nga sir Yebo, one time me nakausap ako na Dr na nagpareupholster sya ng kanyang classic MB and he said he managed to get is type of hue/color ng leather. Leder Interia nga daw ang gumawa. Am not so sure lang kung kaya gawin while the leather is already installed. From what I have seen in some documentary video Hide tannings is normally done kapag in raw hide pa ang leather. It involves immersion to dyed solutions in an elevated temp and then dried up. Baka naman meron na new technology that can be applied to already installed hides.
May nabasa ako na marami daw 2.2 titanium owners ang nagalit sa ford dahil sa pag release nila ng maaga (6 months from launch ng everest) nung 2.2 titanium plus. Mukhang aabot pa daw sa korte. Kung totoo to malamang madami sasali.
Kung iisipin mo, nakakainis talaga.. suprise surprise... even mga dealer hindi alam, ewan ko kung biglaan un dahil sa fortuner or what.. wala kasi un sa original variant even abroad.. so nabigla lahat.. di pa nga nila nabibigay lahat ng orders ng titanium.. tapos biglang may ganito..

Actually 100k lang sana un.. just like the 3.2 and 3.2 plus.. kaso ewan ko kung bakit meron pa ung 60K, as long as its hot.. meron pa rin kakain..

I think they have a cause of action here. It should be pointed out that it was only september last year that ford launched the everest. Biruin niyo hindi pa nakaka isang taon yung nabili mo "old model" na agad. Ang laki agad ng depreciation. Also, a lot of those who got the 2.2 titanium was of the belief that what they are getting is the "top of the line" for the 2.2 variant. Lastly, i agree that this was not thought of overnight. It can be argued that ford was in bad faith. I dont think this can be considered buyer's remorse. There is buyer's remorse if you are aware of the choices. But here it seems that ford deliberately hid the titanium plus. Buyers were not made aware of the titanium plus.
so if the 2.2 plus was released 1 year after walang kaso? so can we also sue apple if they release a new iphone before 1 year has lapsed? i don't think so.
i think the better course of action for 2.2 titanium owners who want the 2.2 titanium plus is to ask ford to allow them to trade in their units with minimum depreciation.
Grey area. In my opinion, ford could have been a litte more transparent with their offer. When I got the forester in February, they offered a P100K discount and when the facelifted fozy arrived this month, a P50K bump or a total of P150K difference. Am I willing to pay more for the upgrades? Maybe yes, maybe not. But at least I was given my choice.
Apple and Samsung do the same.

Is the 2.2 Titanium Plus also available in other countries where the new Everest is sold?
