Been in Pico de Loro, Batangas last 2 days. Ave. consumption of 7.5km/liter. Hataw mode and traffic in Tagaytay pabalik. Got my unit last 1st week of May but till now wala pang plate. Talaga bang matagal ang plate release ngayon?
345k pesos difference na. And the price of the Ecoboost will definitely increase in the coming months according to 2 SAs of Ford Quezon Avenue and EDSA, while the V6 will be as it is. Dadami na raw allocation dito by January, pag sara ng assembly plant sa Santa Rosa. And Ford is planning to bring the V6 Ecoboost here daw.

regular plate lang, i don't like special plate kasi dahil you have to pay more and selling the car can be a disadvantage when you have a special plate.
basta yung features same sa limited sigurado it will sell well, pero kung bare katulad ng ecoboost ngayon mag flop din yan.
Looks like mas maganda pa ang current V6 Limited kesa sa V6 Ecoboost Sport. I compared both the V6 Limited and the V6 Ecoboost Sport at the Ford USA website. Walang Active Park Assist, Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keep Assist, Power Folding 3rd row Seats, Power Telescopic and Tilt Steering Column at Bi-Xenon HID Headlamps ang V6 Ecoboost Sport. Optional din ang push start ignition button. Pero yung package niya, sporty talaga, pati yung suspension sports tuned. And mas powerful ang V6 Ecoboost kesa sa V6 Limited. Pero mas gusto ko pa rin ang V6 Limited because of all its features and the price
Features like Active Park Assist, HID headlamps, BLIS, Lane Keep assist etc. are not standard on the US-spec Limited, these features are are part of an optinal package in the US that's made standard on local Spec V6 Limited models.
Even the polished 20 inch alloy wheels of the local spec Limited are optional in the US.

Yes, I also read somewhere that some features like Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keep Assist are available for the Limited trim.
Looks like the Limited is still the top in terms of (non-performance related) features and options.
I also noticed that the starting price of the Sport is less than $1K higher than the Limited 4WD.
really like this SUV...anyhow..nag pa quote ako sa BPI Family loan... ano ba difference ng 2012 Ford Explorer Limited * P2.450M and 2013 Ford Explorer Limited * P2.530M.... I checked out the Ford Philippines price list..
All-new Ford Explorer.
Model MSRP (PhP)
Explorer 4x4 AT Limited PhP 2,595,000.
2.0L GTDi XLT AT with EcoBoost PhP 2,250,000.
Naguguluhan ako.. I haven't had time to visit the dealership yet.... I know the line is long..for those who availed of in house terms..ano yung Interest ninyo? How much average insurance cost? I read somewhere it was like P70K premium on insurance... TIA
Sir Ral, the difference is that the 2013 Explorer Limited and the 2012 Explorer Limited is that the 2013 Explorer already has the following features that the 2012 Explorer does not have:
- Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keep Assist
- Bi-Xenon HID headlamps
- BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross Traffic Alert
- Active Park Assist
- Adaptive Cruise Control and Collision Warning System with Brake Support
- Inflatable 2nd row seat belts
- Power Telescopic and Tilt Steering Wheel
- Rain Sensing Windshield Wipers
Thanks Bro...natawa ako...ginamit mo pa name ko....
