Pls educate me, para saan po yun obd2? Is it that important to install on our ranger? TIA

OBD2 meaning on board diagnostic. Dito kinakabit ang electronic equipment para mabasa lahat na nangyayari sa makina, gaya ng coolant temperature, rpm, boost pessure, oil pressure and so on. Dito rin magbasa ng mga fault codes ng makina at saka pag clear nito, o di kaya pag reset ng ecu. Ngayon pwede na natin ma monitor ang sarili nating makina thru our smartphone. Merong application like torque pro na kayang magbigay ng real time information sa driver. Kailangan lang sa apps na ito ay ang bluetooth device na kinakabit dun sa obd2 port para ma transmit wirelessly dun sa smartphone natin na di na kailangan ang mamahaling gadget na ang casa lang meron. Yes sir. Mini bluetooth obd2 adaptor. You can bought one also * sulit, pero sobra namang mahal, 2000 pesos so I tried sa ebay.

Ebay for around 10usd. Get the mini para magkasya sya dun sa underneath ng coin box. Kasi pag regular size hindi mo na maisara ang coin box.

No sir, it cannot change settings. Only ford can do that. But it can scan the engine and clear fault codes, this is the most useful function for me. If your check engine is lit alam ko na agad first hand and guessing is prevented before going for repair.

Meron nga nung dark grey na ranger. Didn't see which dealer it cam from as the conduction written in the plate area is just red fonts. It's a wildtrak btw.

This is the new DMAX 2014 model..... Sa gusto nilang tumapat sa ford ranger, they produce their own wildtrak version hehehe :-)

Afaik, it's already here. Some people spotted them already on the road.

yup. it has been spotted a few times na, also balita eh bandang Nov. or Dec. daw. Maganda ang ranger no if and buts about that. pero maganda din itong new Dmax lowered man o lifted. Pricing na lang ang magiging issue.

I have seen it already personally. Walang pagkakaiba halos sa colorado except for the face, and the multimedia head console.
