Hi there! Sorry for your loss. I was the earlier one whose spare tire was also stolen in Makati. I was only able to get the replacement unit earlier and I'm having a spare tire lock installed asap. I was able to get from Ride in Banawe for P2000 plus free installation. Hassle talaga yang mga nagnanakaw and ang tagal din ng insurance company pero at least napalitan.

They quoted the tire with steel rim at 33K. Grossly overpriced i think. You could buy a four piece set aluminum alloys for that in sulit.com.ph

How much does a spare tire cost? The one with the ordinary mag? I tried claiming it with CGIC insurance (since mine was stolen) and they said that the participation fee is a whopping P 11,400! Baka mas mura pa bumili na lang sa labas. Ang nakakainis pa the insurance was required for us to puchase the XLT last January. Grabe naman participation fee nila. Sa MAPFRE I remember P 3,000 lang yata yung participation fee.

I checked Sulit.com.ph and a four piece brand new set would just cost anywhere from 30-40 thousand and these already have the aluminum alloy wheels. The parts department of Ford quoted a tire with a steel rim only at P 33,000 (take note that this is only one tire on a black steel rim). Medyo malaki yata yung discrepancy na yun? Can anyone shed light on this?

At that price I'm better off buying the four piece set at sulit.com.ph. Apat na instead of just one and aluminum alloy wheels pa na apat din instead of a black steel rim.

Try mo muna tumingin sa Evangelista or sa Banawe dahil baka meron doon na mas mura. Anyway, spare lang naman yan so as long as the same ang size ng rims and PCD including the tire, pwede na yun since for emergency mo lang naman gagamitin. Not unless you will use it as a rotating spare.

May naka experience na ba when you turn key for inition mga 1 sec pa bago mag start? 2x na nangyari sakin. I normally wait for the needles to illuminate. This is after all check lights turns off. Ano kaya prob?

Close siguro. Didn't check them closely, i was on my way to pampanga that time and wala pa akong tulog eh. Pasensya na boss. hehe. Pero bago pa lang naman ang ranger eh. im not sure if it's phats or pattys. Haha. Basta kapag galing from a. Bonifacio it's on your left side. Kapag umabot ka retiro, super lagpas ka na. Haha.

pag on ang press mo, the cruise control is ready to be activated but not yet in control until you press either + or -... pag press mo yung off, the cruise control will not activate even if you press + or -... this is how i understand the manual
