I do practice fast eating.... opsss fasting pala pag masama lang ang mood
kahit nga kumakain ako ng pagkain na hindi nauubos ..ginututom parin ako.
un pa kayang walang makain ..

pang 3 days masakit na sa ulo.
4 days onwards medyo nakakasanayan ko na.
after 7 days of fasting, medyo madali nakong mabusog. nakakatamad ng kumain.

simula friday ng gabi 8pm huling kain ko then gising ako ng umaga 5am tapos jogging ng 1hour and 15mins non-stop 10kilometers as in walang tigil
and walang inom ng tubig, but after magjogging saka lang inom ng 500ml haha, tapus makauwi na ako sa bahay mga 7am na. then pahinga ako nood

maraming methods of fasting: (1) fasted (islamic way) from 1989-1997; absolutely nothing is drank or eaten from dusk to dawn; one drawback is that after ramadan, i always gain weight (1kg). the benefit is that i have a higher threshold for hunger. could go without food or water for more than 12-16hrs.
(2)the christian way is to drink water and eat bread alone for three days or more.
(3)another extreme way is to drink water alone for three days. on the 3rd day, i am seeing shadows pass through door or walls. i think that this is due to opening the 3rd eye or pineal eye. friends tell me that i am just hallucinating.
(4)they call it the 3 day grape juice fast. you only drink grape juice for three days. this is an expensive way since grapes are expensive. i think, this is the best way to fast since it is similar to detoxification.
i have tried the 4 methods of fasting. the best lesson learned from fasting is that we experience how 'yolanda' victims feel.

I need to fast starting tomorrow, all that long weekend eating gained me about 5 pounds!
i tried ernie barons fasting, yung puro prutas lang, for 2 days lang kaya wala masyado effect. one thing i remember about it is masarap dumumi, because of the fiber overload. buong-buo sya, at ang gaang sa tyan paglabas parang walang natira sa loob.
one of my officemate tried it for 7 days, sabi nya parang lumiit capacity ng tyan nya, after the diet konting pagkain pa lang busog ka na. which i think helped him to slim down.
better ask our muslim brothers when it come to fasting, pag ramadan kahit na laway di pwedeng lunukin, toilet time di pwede mag mumog man lang, while we people of different religion were just happily enjoying our foods. malaki ang paggalang ko sa mga kapatid nating muslim pag ramadan. you will know the meaning of muslim faith during ramadan. peace..

I do practice fasting from time to time lalo pagka galing sa eating marathon and the next day, parang ang sikip na ng pants and damit ko and parang sluggish na. I do Intermittent Fasting aka IF.
I do the 16/8 meaning 16 hrs fast, 8 hrs feeding time. Sometimes the 18/6. I play with the fasting/feeding times.
Un lang sa first 2 weeks grabe ang cravings pero mawawala din.
Did it for 2 months, ok siya especially if you don't overfeed yourself after the fast.
Trend ngaun ang fasting..lalo na keto..pero i tried 16/8 (16hrs fast,8hrs feast or kain) at omad (one meal a day) . Mas gusto q omad..

Un longer fast like 3days to 7days (or more) ay for body healing..kaya gngwa ito ng mga diabetic, to reverse diabetes at madami na gumaling.
