6 months... I can't believe half a year has passed!

How come it's so easy for other people to forget. My friend does not even want to listen to my anymore. She said it's too long ago and I should not be thinking or talking about crush anymore. It makes me wonder if there's something wrong with me.

me and wifey attended a seminar/workshop about mental health last weekend in the school of one of our kids
and those are the red flags/signs we have to watch out for in our kids

actually lack of sleep aggravates depression

Yung saying na misery loves company am not sure if that was meant to say it loves getting spread around or it gets better wih company but personally I found the latter to be true.

interpretation ko sa misery loves company is a miserable person wishes misfortune or failure on others

    it's envy

the thinking is "if i can't get what i want, i hope you all fail to succeed or something bad happens to all of you para hindi lang ako ang miserable"

So I guess the idea is if everybody else is miserable I'll feel somewhat better? Damn that's depressing.

At symptom of depression din ang oversleeping. Parang ang hirap tantyahin nito lalo na sa teenagers, kung matakas lang talaga sa tulog o iba na.

It's when I'm alone in bed that I feel the sadness the most. When I'm at work I'm distracted because my boss and friends make me happy.

It's sleeping and waking up that's the most difficult. I'm thinking nga if my cocktail of antihistamines has a negative effect on my body because I seem to have developed a tolerance for it

Oh you'd be surprised at how well some people can hide their other symptoms. Yung mga may "high-functioning depression." Wala nang gana sa kahit ano, gaya ng sabi mo, pero gagawin pa rin yung routine kasi kailangan o nakasanayan o para hindi mahalata.

Cathy, the fact na cocktail of antihistamines na yung iniinom mo, obviously it's gonna be bad for your body. Why not try getting back into your habit before of exercising in the morning? That'll help your sleep cycle. Hard to start that again but it'll eventually become a habit naman
