You can use any alcohol, You will have to water down the 70% to a 50/50 or lower ratio. I have plenty of extra stickers with me when I am there.

You have to change your oil early because of the cleaning power of the system. All that soot and carbon will get knocked loose. It's best to do 1500klm to 2000klm the first oil change and the next one at 3000klm after that the oil should be much cleaner.

When the float level sensor is activated the 3rd LED on the controller will flash. The switch is simply a ground wire.

ok then doc, i will use some rubbing alcohol later. will just use a smaller ratio. probably 20% mix first. will get some stickers from you when i meet you

as for the LED light, the first light (power) is always ON, then the 2nd (pump) turns on every once in a while. the the 3rd (full) blinks every so often. although the float switch is not yet wired.

    Dvldoc,

I have a Stage 1 set up that I'd like to have a dealer check out. Will Berrima check out my install and propose changes? Or will they only touch what they installed?

They can check it but I am sure they will charge.

Or you can just PM me with your question if your having problem with it or need to know how to test it.

Dvldoc, when is the best time to get an emission test? After 1500km of use of WAI? And should i also have my exhaust system flushed?

As long as the system is active while they are testing it should come out pretty low, It will be lower the longer you wait. Exhaust flushing is a waste of money.

Dvldoc, i meant flushing the exhaust by putting a garden hose in the exhaust and simply flish it with water

Other than letting a sooty mess run down your local drain it really serves no purpose. You might as well dump oil on the ground. Unless your capturing what is coming out I am not a fan of that practice.

After using devilsown for the past 4 days, i am very happy with the purchase. With using only 20% rubbing alcohol, the engine feels smoother and the power is finer when the WAI in on. Have to make some adjustments lang at it is now set to 6psi and it uses a lot of water.

you would have to set the system very low for it to come BBC on during a emission test. I got a 0.25. and a .45. with the system of after having it on the van for a 3000. got to do another on next week when I get back.

Your vehicle needs a lot of revs in park to make that kind of boost. You will probably not even hit 2psi in a emission test. Plus the longer you run the system the cleaner the internals will be so next years will be much lower.

    ey doc,

familiar with engine D4BH, 2,497cc, diesel intercooler turbo (TCI)? Will it benefit from AI?
how much boost does it currently make (stock) and how much max can it take with AI?
